Ht. 5'4", Start: 207 lb, Today: 207 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - I've been on and off this site for years. I get down to 160 every summer and pack on the pounds in the winter. Met the boy of my dreams a year ago and became too comfortable in the relationship. Signed up for a gym membership this summer with a personal trainer. Hope to be 180lbs by the middle of August! Love you all and keep up the good work!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 203 lb, Today: 165.7 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 130 lb - Hi everyone! So, I remember using this sight at the beginning of my weight loss and it really helped me to stay motivated; however, I guess I got too cocky and stopped using it, thinking I'd be just fine. After a couple months of struggling and plateau-ing plenty of times with my weight loss, I am certain and better prepared to lose the last 35 lbs. I'll be starting college as a freshman in August, so im hoping to reach my goal by then or at least by the September. My plan is to workout 3x a day, running in the morning, doing a workout video in the afternoon, and then doing some toning exercises at night. I've heard ppl say that keeping a food journal really helps, so I'm going to start that and see how it goes. As for eating...well i have MAJOR work to do on my diet. I'm going to try to incorporate lots of veggies and fruits, as well eliminating a lot of manufactured foods. It's gonna be It's hard, but I'm looking forward to it. :)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 203 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - Okay, I've always been overweight. I was always the bigger girl in my group of friends. It's always bothered me, but I was never motivated to make a change because I had always accepted myself for how I was. I am happy with what I look like, but I do want to be healthier. I just lack motivation. Maybe someone could give me tips or become a workout buddy! I need someone to keep me motivated,or help with it. I have asked my friends to, but it's harder for them because they're a lot tinier than me and they don't want to watch what the eat or work out. Lazy bums. Lol. I thought it might be easier if I had a friend who was in the same boat as me. Well anyway, any and all tips appreciated!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 320 lb, Today: 312 lb (BMI: 42), Goal: 190 lb - I was first introduced to this web site in high school, but now I am serious about losing the weight. I have lost 8 pounds so far but I have a long way to go... But I have a major sweet tooth so its hard to fight that but I am trying to find substitutes for that. Wish me luck!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 195 lb, Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 140 lb - I've been overweight all my life. I'm reaching 200lbs and it's driving me crazy! I feel ugly, fat and round. I have such low self-esteem that I haven't gone out with friends in months; I'm embarassed. My goal is to reach 140lbs by December. I want to show people that I am beautiful and beyond my looks, there's so much more to me. I'm slowly working up a diet and an exercise plan.

Ht. 5'5", Start: 275 lb, Today: 250 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - I have recently lost 15 lbs due to some medication, but i am at a standstill and need to know what to do? i walk about 2 miles a day, and it is a quick pace and i try to eat right but most the food i have is canned or processed because it was either cheaper or from a food bank. Is there any tips on how to have a healthy diet from that? or other exercise tips?

However, over the years I have fallen off track and do not even know where to begin. Ht. 5'2", Start: 229 lb, Today: 223 lb (BMI: 41), Goal: 150 lb - For some reason I can tell myself everyday today is the day to really get serious and loose this weight, it lasts until evening where I start snacking instead of working out. I used to be 145 and felt great, I want that again more then anything but eating overcomes it....any suggestions anyone please!!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 183 lb, Today: 183 lb (BMI: 28), Goal: 175 lb - Okay, so i joined this site back when i was 16 during my sophomore year of high school. I was 233 lbs and wanted a big change for myself just like everyone else on here. I eventually went down to 175 where i felt my healthiest and strongest. Getting lower than 170 caused me to look sickly and i was starving myself to keep the weight off. I knew i needed to stop the low calorie diet and start working on my healthy eating habits at a more normal daily calorie intake. When i went to college i gained weight and got up to 195. Now im 183 and trying to get to my goal weight once again. I workout alot. i love to run and take zumba classes at my college. right now i have to work on my eating. so far despite my intense workouts the weight isnt slipping off as easy as it used to. when i was 16 it literally flew off! its a challenge that its slow going and is very frustrating but i have to keep the motivation and remember that this is not a fast process. i feel healthy, i feel strong, im eating good things. i just want this very badly and i will achieve it.
