Ht. 5'10", Start: 398.1 lb, Today: 369 lb (BMI: 53), Goal: 250 lb - In this journey we call life there is always going to be times when you feel like things can't get any worse, there is no motivation and your about 2 seconds from giving up. If you ever come across these moments, and everybody does, there is one good way to overcome the overwhelming feeling if blah. Think for a minute what it would be like if you quit, really think about what your quitting on, think about how far you've come think of all the goals that you have been accomplished, think about the positive changes that you've made and how much better you feel overall because of it. And once you remember those amazing leaps and bounds that you've taken think about how much of it would go to waste if you quit... There are going to be times when you struggle and there is a time to rise up dust yourself off think of all the positive that has been done and has yet to be seen in your life stay... (view more)

Ht. 5'10", Start: 398.1 lb, Today: 372 lb (BMI: 53), Goal: 250 lb - So I'm thinking about doing an inspirational quote a day, idk if you guys would like it or if you'd get annoyed with the blasting on the message board lol. The posts that I've put up have been just things that I think would help people keep going and stay motivated, reply and let me know what your opinion is. Thanks.

Ht. 5'10", Start: 398.1 lb, Today: 374 lb (BMI: 54), Goal: 250 lb - There are times in life when it seems like the uphill battle has become completely vertical and the thought of accomplishment has long been forgotten. It's at these times when we can show ourselves how strong we really are. Michael Jordan had the best game if his career when he had the flue. In each and everyone of us there is a fire that is waiting to burst and ignite the passion and drive that we need to continue on. Losing weight is that uphill struggle, there will be times when nothing comes off or the results are not seen physically. Any goal that is physical has to be won on a day to day basis, it's a war that is made up of daily struggles and battles, and if those battles are won than in the end you will rise victorious. Each person has... (view more)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 390 lb, Today: 450 lb (BMI: 82), Goal: 150 lb - I am so obese. I had a heart attack a few months ago but the fat keeps piling on. I can no longer breathe on my own and use an oxygen tank 24/7. I am too big to fit in a car and the one I forced myself in the seatbelt couldn't fasten. My health is in a bad way: diabetes, heart attack, blocked arteries, high blood pressure, cannot breathe,

Ht. 5'10", Start: 398.1 lb, Today: 376 lb (BMI: 54), Goal: 250 lb - There is an effect to every cause, and there is a reaction to every action. The actions that we take today and tomorrow and for the rest of our life will determine the effect we have on ourselves and others whether it be negative or positive. Remember whenever you make a choice in life there is always someone who is inevitably going to be effected by that decision, whether it be a stranger or a family member. Make the right decisions and make progress in the trials that you have and you may find out that you are being an example for someone who is going through the same thing. Inspire greatness and become greatness succeed and pro vale over every hurdle in life. Love to live and live to love.

Ht. 5'10", Start: 398.1 lb, Today: 378 lb (BMI: 54), Goal: 250 lb - Today I was driving through Utah and as I was watching the mountains and the sun slicing through the clouds the rain in the distance and I thought to myself that it could not get any better. I was truly happy at peace and content with what was going on. These moments don't happen often but when they do you have to soak up every little bit of that moment and store it in your mind and whenever you have conflict or frustration in your life play that moment in your mind and remember the peace that it brought you and the happiness that you felt and embrace that moment and release your struggles and frustration and continue being happy and enjoy life. You only live once, don't let frustration get into the way of enjoying yourself, anger is temporary, trials are temporary. Live to love and love to live. Stay positive and enjoy the life that you were given.

Ht. 5'10", Start: 398.1 lb, Today: 389.7 lb (BMI: 56), Goal: 250 lb - Day Nine: Remember that each decision that you make in life determines the path that you travel. Whatever path that is taken, there is always opportunity for greatness it's just a matter of walking through the doors that are opened. And when doors are opened don't resist, storm through the door and take full advantage of the moment and excel in every opportunity that is given to you because, you never know if you'll have another chance to succeed. Turn the knob on the door of life and make your grand entrance, prevail, overcome and grow in each experience that you encounter.

Ht. 5'10", Start: 398.1 lb, Today: 392.6 lb (BMI: 56), Goal: 250 lb - Day Eight: Motivation; motivation is what drives us it is the fuel to the fire its what keeps is going. Finding what motivates you is key in having a long term goal, without the motivation to keep going and stay on track there is the possibility of having everything that has been accomplished lost in vein. Find your motivation find your fire and carry the flame to the finish line and dominate. Stay strong and stay inspired.

Ht. 5'10", Start: 398.1 lb, Today: 393.5 lb (BMI: 56), Goal: 250 lb - Day Seven: Remember that even if the scale does not show improvement, it does not mean that your body is not improving. Losing weight is only a small portion of the physical signs of weight loss. If at some point you are at a road block and nothing is falling off remember that numbers aren't everything. Keep your mind strong, stay positive, and most importantly stay happy with what has been accomplished thus far.
