Ht. 5'5'' 1/2, Wt. 213 now 205 - Hey guys. Okay well i started,with drinking no soda and no junk food, but here i am with a soda in my hand. Any advice as to how i can drop the junk?? PS-I have an excellent food choice id thought i would share. Gardenburger veggie burgers are so good, and the whole burger bread and all is under 250 calories..

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone, Today for breakfast I had: A bowl of raisin bran, and a banana. Lunch: A turkey sandwich, a glass of water and a snack pack of animal crackers. How did I do so far today?? I road my bike down the road to get the mail but I will be working out A LOT more yet today.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone I posted earlier too. For breakfast I ate : A bowl of raisin bran, and a banana Lunch : Turkey sandwich,snack pack of animal crackers. After school snack : Small bowl of raisin bran. Dinner : White rice, carrots and chicken (not fried). I may have eaten alot of calories today but I went on my XL - Glider my mom bought us and burned 605 calories. I walked my block like 5 times today and road my bike about 3 blocks today too. So how did I do?

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 130 - Hey, I'm so post 2 weigh about 110 and the docters tell me wat 2 do and haven't even given me some medicen 2 lose waight but ,never hav. finly out of no were I lost a lot of waight but im still over weight so wat do i do .Also im not going back 2 the docters.I used to weigh 150lbs and lost 20lbs and now at 130 need to lose 20 lbs . can u peeps give me some tips on this issue. Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - eek, at pretty bad today brek-kashi bar lunch- lean pocket, banana snack - 100 calorie pack, cucumber so i did good up to there but for dinner i had chicken fingers and fries (at my frineds house) some ice cream and two slices of pumpkin bread.. whoops i burned 200 cals on the treadmill today to. not much but better than nothing
