Ht. 5'3, Wt. 130 - Hey, I'm so post 2 weigh about 110 and the docters tell me wat 2 do and haven't even given me some medicen 2 lose waight but ,never hav. finly out of no were I lost a lot of waight but im still over weight so wat do i do .Also im not going back 2 the docters.I used to weigh 150lbs and lost 20lbs and now at 130 need to lose 20 lbs . can u peeps give me some tips on this issue. Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - eek, at pretty bad today brek-kashi bar lunch- lean pocket, banana snack - 100 calorie pack, cucumber so i did good up to there but for dinner i had chicken fingers and fries (at my frineds house) some ice cream and two slices of pumpkin bread.. whoops i burned 200 cals on the treadmill today to. not much but better than nothing

Ht. 5'11, Wt. 205 - Hey guys. I have made somewhat of a plan and I would very much appreciate your input. According to the charts and stuff I am about 25 pounds overweight (yerch...) and I figured out that if I eat 200 less cals a day, then I can lose this in about roughly 7 to 8 months. I'm not increasing exercise, because that's never really been a problem. I swim on a swim team, I'm on the varsity basketball team, and am a successful member of school track team. So I think I'm alright on the exercise front. I always have been. I think what I have is more of food addiction. To cut down on my calories, i've decided to incorporate atleast one fruit or veggie into every meal and to pack my own lunch instead of buying the fatty food at school. Also, I'm going to cut out all pizza, chinnese food, sugary drinks, and fast foods. So, how does this sound?

Don't wanna kno.. - Okay..I'm going to say this again I think we should all eat healthy and get enough exercise a day and enough water and we will loose weight whether it's slowly or not I kno I don't think or do anythin like that but if we all put our minds to it eat healthy drink lotz of water and exercise we can all loose our "extra fat" or whatever you wanna call it! -Montana

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - Well "Kashi" is like an all natural health food brand.. they make waffles, cereals, oatmeals, meal bars, and stuff like that. it tastes so so good.. i have the 170 calorie snack bars but they also make 130 cal snack bars (in trail mix and peanut butter) .. also they have 290 calorie meal bars.. i personally thing the 170 calorie ones are the best because they have some chocolate (the meal ones do to, but it tastes kind of weird) .. they also come in caramel and.. key lime i think. i have them for brekfast every day. they dont have any additives or aything .. yummy =)
