Ht. 5"5, Wt. 227 - alright today went great except okay bingo , i cheated big time , like talking lots of choclate bars and a bag of chips, but a made up for it by a 20mins areobic class , and 10 mins shooting hoops, does that make up 4r it , ill try better next time

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - ok so howd i do today brek- kashi bar and low fat yogurt and propel ( 260 calories) lunch- 1/2 turkey sandwich, a 100 calorie pack(ritz snack miz) and carrot sticks ,water(250 calories) snack- south beach diet peanut butter snack bar and an apple (about 200 calories) dinner- whole wheat pasta and light ceasar salad (not sure exactly but ill assume 500 calories) so far ive had 1210 calories, plus i burned 200 calories on the elliptical machine i might have cantaloupe for dessert or a small peice of candy

Ht. 5' 8'', Wt. 180 - I really want to lose weight. once i lost 10 lb. in one week and then gained it all back. when i was 11 i was 4 11 and weighed 130, then i started my period and grew like a foot and gained like 50 lb. i only had a little stomach then, but i have big bone structure, (large built) My brother and i both have weight problems, we both have stretch marks on our back, stomach and arms. Mine are light and hard to see unless you know they're there. I need, no want help! if you want please do!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone,So far today for breakfast I ate 2 pieces of 35 calorie a slice bread, and one scrambled egg. (140 calories) Then yesterday I had my mom buy me vitamin pills since sometimes when I diet I don't like to get all the vitamins like I'll eat a lot of fiber and fruit but no veggies. So she asked someone at the pharmacy what vitamin would be best for a healthy 14 year old and he told my mom A thru Z. It gives you all the vitamins you need even though it's an adult vitamin it's good for healthy teens. Plus they're not expensive only $5.99 a bottle of 45 tablets.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone, How am I doing so far today?? Breakfast : 2 pieces of 35 cal. toast, 1 scrambled egg. (140 calories) Lunch : 1 cup raisin bran cereal,3/4 cup milk, a banana. (300 calories). I went on the XL-Glider for 30 min so far today and burnt 300 calories. I also took a vitamin pill too. So how am I doing?? It's 1:25pm here, so for dinner I'll probably have a salad or my mom is making cheeseburgers so I might have a small cheeseburger. I'll probably go on the XL-Glider again today. So how did I do so far?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone, I posted earlier and said my mom was making cheeseburgers for dinner and I had a norm cheeseburger and some plain white rice. I don't like veggies that much so I don't load up on them. I went on the XL - Glider again tonight for 40 more min and burnt 400 more calories for a total of 700 calories burnt today. I went for a walk down my road and back 2 times also. How did I do?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - I think it's good when ppl write down what they ate for the day. Then they can get advice on how to better what they eat. I know it helps me, so if you don't like it just ignore it. We're here to help ppl and if they want to put what they ate then heck let them put what they ate. It helps to write it all down so you can see what you ate too.

Ht. 5' 6", Wt. 198 - Hey, everyone. Its so frustrating how some fitness models like jennifer chamberlin and ana carford are so fit and beautiful and have this thighs firm but hard abs and firm big boobs and only weigh like 105-115 pounds and are like 5'7 to 5'9 and their adult women. Im 14 and I thought I only had to be 130 to look like them but I guess in order to be a real fitness model I have to be 110 pounds. Oh god how I wish I was thin and beautiful and firm and hard and not soft and flabby with all this fat. I want to lose 90 pounds by June 2006. Everything I try I keep gaining. Any suggestions?

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - ok .. haha if you didnt notice, the last 3 numbers in an ip address are blocked.. and you can trust me on this one, it means you can have the same beginning of an ip address.. but the last 3 digits might be different. so you could very possibly be in different states with what looks like the same ip address but not. and besides, i havent noticed anybody taking up extra space just for the fun of it, every person here is honestly asking for and giving advice , nomatter what there name is or if they change it
