Ht. 5'0, Wt. 159 - Guess what galz, I lost 1 pound! I am so freaking happy, its not even a joke. For breakfast, I had a cup of wheaties and for lunch I had a slice of pizza and a whole bottle of water. I carried the water bottle around all day! What should I eat for dinner, maybe desert...reply plz

Ht. 5' 6", Wt. 247 - Hi everyone. Sorry about the disareement but Im still convinced. Here my diet plan. Breakfat bowl of oatmeal and a glass of orange juice (270 cals) snack: handful of almonds (70 cals) Lunch : vegetable tamalee (290 cals) snack: apple dinner: tuna sandwhich (270 cals) Total (about 1000 cals) I will also drink 12 glasses of water per day. Its hard for me to exercise so maybe 50 crunches 3x a week and 15 pushups 5x a week. I will also play soccer 2x a week and I will run on my treadmill 5x a week. Is that good? Please reply if you have any comments or suggestions.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 160 - hey everyone! I used to come on this site in the summer of 2004, i ended up losing about 25 pounds. but since then i have gained it all back plus a few more! I decided that i really want to lose the weight, and start coming on this site more often and keep up with being healthy, so i never gain it back again. I want to lose 30lbs. how long do u think it will take me?

Ht. 5"11, Wt. about 230 - hey y'all- i was wondering- with my busy schedule: school, work, and tv shows(lol) i cant find time to really eat, or eat right and time to exercise.. i get out of school around 12 and i have to go to work at 2 every weekday... should i try jogging around my neighborhood during that time? bc it would be like an hour to an hour and 20 mins. bc when i get home around 6, i do whatever homework i have and then its tv time.... my eating habits are as follows: breakfast: none, i get up late just about every morning and just the thought of eating something that early makes me sick.. lunch: whatever's in the fridge when i get home.... dinner: if my mom cooks, either that or every woman for herself............... not very good huh?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 190 ish - Hey, y'all! I'm going to England on Friday (YAY!) for about nine days, to visit my mom. (She is there for the semester.) Anyways, she doesn't have a car there, so she has to walk everywhere she goes (or take a train, depending on where it is she is going). So, since I will be there for a little over a week, I will be doing a lot of walking, too. How much weight do you guys think I could lose in that time if I am walking EVERYWHERE I go? Around two pounds? Three? More? Less? What do y'all think?

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - Lilly - to be completely fit you dont need to be 105 lbs. 105 pounds is to skinny for anybody thats taller than 5'1".. just because thats how much models way, thats not whats healthy. not as far as im concerned, people come on to this sight to lose weight, which makes them haelthy. and look better, but the whole point is not to make yourself sick and look like a twig !!

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 168 - ive been keeping track of what im eating, how many calories and how many carbs for each meal, any snacks, and the excercise that i do in kind of like a food diary, and it seems to be helping me stick to my diet a lot more than i would. i have to say if i didnt find this website i would be totally unmotivated.

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - brek - kashi bar, yogurt lunch- 1/2 turkey sandiwch, carrots, 100 cal pack snack- these baked munch em things (140 calories) and carrot sticks other snack - chocolate chips eeekk dinner - i think im gonna have an omlette i dont really have time to excersice either because i have ccd and tons of homework its not one of my better days, ughh
