Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone! Today for breakfast I had : 1 cup raisin bran,3/4 cup milk and a banana. Lunch : Small salad, w/ lil oranges, and a small roll. Snack after school : 1 cup raisin bran, 3/4 cup milk and a banana. Dinner : A salad. How did I do?? I'm gonna work out tonight for 30 min, do 100 sit ups and 30 push ups.

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - brek - kashi bar, yogurt lunch- 1/2 turkey sandiwch, carrots, 100 cal pack snack- these baked munch em things (140 calories) and carrot sticks other snack - chocolate chips eeekk dinner - i think im gonna have an omlette i dont really have time to excersice either because i have ccd and tons of homework its not one of my better days, ughh

Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno.. - Heyzzz I think I did better today. I didn't eat breakfast or lunch again I'm to asleep in the morning an at lunch I'm not dealin wit those longs linez. Anyway my mom is goin to start makin me some lunches to take to school what would be healthy enough that I could take to school...I don't like wheat bread ewww ! :) Anywayz I went in the weight room today in PE it was awesome an I went back rideing for 20-30 minutes really fast ridein..it was fun I should get outta the house an do more exercise often :D how did I do today...I kno I should eat breakfast and or lunch but I don't barely...I'll try to eat something for breakfast at least..untill I get to take lunches.. Ht. 5"0, Wt. 160 - OMG, i am so mad at myself! I thought that now it is a weekday and we have school, I would eat less...but Im eatin more! Like today for breakfast I had a cup of wheaties (thats good, no sugar at all) for lunch i had deer jerky with a slush{sorry} and then when i got home I had 4 small oatmeal raisin cookies with beef stew! Then for dinner I had ribs and cauliflower! OMG i am so maddd...........tell me what i should do for lunch and dinner!!!!

Ht. 5'5'' 1/2, Wt. 213 now 210 - Hey guys, well so far i had a salad for lunch and an orange. Probably about 100 calories for the salad and 35 for the orange so (135 calories) With water of course. Then i walked home (about a 50 minute walk) and when i got home i ate a veggie burger 120 for the pattie and 140 for the bread so about (260 calories) I drank some more water. I am probably going to have another veggie burger for dinner or a sandwhich and an orange or apple for dinner. I had a little diet dr pepper also. And im working out right now. About an hour and a half workout. Not sure how much calories ill burn. Please dont tell me im not getting enough calories in cause i feel better then i EVER have. And i wanted to know..does dr pepper have any effect on you? I know it says 0 calories and 0 carbs but thats like drinking water with sodium right..? If i drink it can it effect everything im doing??

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 168 - hey guys! how are you all? so today for breakfast i had 1 cup of vanilla almond cereal with milk, but dont worry its from the health food store so its wheat and all that good stuff. for lunch i had a yogurt and a banana. for snack i had some cantalope. then i went on the treadmill for 30 minutes, did the machines at the gym for weight lifting, and did 300 crunches. for dinner my mom was making burgers, so instead of having a burger on a bun and everything i had a turkey burger and put it in a salad. how did i do today?

(there are certain "blocks" you are supposed to follow, but my aunt did it by common sense and she's lost 30 pounds) it's a pretty easy concept all you do is try and balance your carbs and protein! Ex. If you eat a bowl of cereal...have eggs or sausage or somthing with alot of protein so they cancel eachother out. If you eat alot of carbs like i do...try and cut back some little things like for starters use only once piece of bread for a sandwich or pass up mashed potatoes or somthin. I thought i was obsessed with carbs...but the i realized it reall made no difference to me. There are also foods that are already balanced like peanuts and most other nuts. they are a really great snack...also string cheese and cottage cheese and beef jerky... When your body is ahead on protein...during digestion it turns to your stored fat and starts to eat that...but you still need carbs to be healthy. Ht. 4'11, Wt. around 130 -140 - Hey ya'll. Lately, I haven't gotten to the gym. My mom is my only ride, (she has my card too >_>) to it and she doesn't get home til about 6 and, if she's busy. I'm doomed. For snacks, I've decided on yogurt. But, my brothers like to much on starcrunches, cookies, the yummies. so, im trying to resist temptation. Ht. 5' 6", Wt. 247 - Everyone is saying that I should weigh 120-130. HOW CAN THAT BE? I checked online and all these bikini and fitness models that are my height weight 100-110 pounds and their adult women not 14 year old teen and they have big boobs which add a lot to their weight. I know I should weigh 105 pouds please stop lying to me. If I will be 130 I will still be fat. My mom is 130 and is 5'6 and she is really fat. Please stop trying to trick me into losing less than I should. I need to be 105 pounds to be at perfect health and weight. Stop denying it please.
