Ht. 5"0, Wt. 160 - Hey...I am so madd! Ok for breakfast I had a bowl of cheerios at like 9:30, then at like 3 I went in the woods for a walk and then came home and had soup! Then at like 7 im gonna have chicken, mashed potatos, and green beans for DINNER! And my dad bought like a million bags of chips b/c the steeler game is on tonight! HE never buys that much! So I thought I would just run after dinner and a snack! Then tomorrow I will eat cheerios for breakfast, slim fast bar for lunch, and w/e we have for dinner! IS that ok? REPLY FAST!

Ht. 5'10, Wt. 200 - Hey, Sup hows the weight going me good except iv cheeted a little today. Today i'v eaten french toast 4 brkf, for lunch 2 cups of Top Roman,then 4 dinner i ate roast beef and corn,after that i ate some M&m's. I wasn't really good at all 2day! Well I guess when I ate the carbs to day it was ok Bc i went and deep cleaned my house which u can loose 450 calories and I eat small portions when i ate dinner. Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone here's what I ate today. Breakfast : 1 cup raisin bran, 3/4 cup milk, half small Cantaloupe (about 300 calories) Lunch : Turkey sandwich on 35 calorie a slice bread w/ 8 small fit and active rice cakes that are the size of a 50 cent piece (about 250 calories) Dinner : Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Sub (12in) (740 calories) So today I had about 1290 calories. I think I did pretty good today. I'm going on the Xl - Glider tonight for 30 min. So that will burn 300 calories right there:) How did I do?

Ht. 5ft. 1/2 in., Wt. 131.5 - ok. i got on here a while back when i was 137.5 and now im only 131.5. i still feel bad though b/c the weight charts say i should weigh only 116.5. but i thought...my chest is kinda biggish. does that matter. because im not fat at all. my thighs only measure like 23in. in the widest part. and my waist is only 30in. does anyone think im fat at all?

(thanks for replying to my posts to whomever did so far, XD sorry, forgot who did)i've given up regular pop, and switched to diet. im now going to go far water. the other night, i had some pizza and a little junk food..but, me and a bunch of friends from school had a bon fire and were running around hte entire night. so im not soo worried about it. but today...i've yet again another piece of pizza..i've been kind munching since we're running low on food, my mom should be shopping later. so shoot me now. ahh. ill hit the gym tmrw since it's closed today.

Alright well captains practices start this week!! monday is the 1st day! I hope i do decent in indoor track..lol...I used 2 run and be in really good shape, i could run like 5 miles, but that sorta ended...im starting up again though have no fear! I usually do good with my weight over the winter cuz i have a tredmill and weights in my basement. My major promblem is parties and the holidays.. :(....sooo yes. Well this is how i have done so far 2 day Breakfest: Kashi go lean crunch ceral Lunch: A bowl of kale soup, in the soup was: beans, carrots,tomatoes, and kale(duh) i also added some organic chicken 2 it... Ht. 5'6, Wt. 190 ish - Hey, y'all! Okay, I just wanted to say something, just for you all to know. I have read about some people starting a vegetarian diet. I am a vegetarian, and I became one because I love animals, not to lose weight. That's not my point, though. My point is, I'm a vegetarian, but I am still overweight. Meat is healthy for you, as long as it's not in excess. Meat and fish are both very high in protein and other nutrients that our bodies need. I get those things from things like tofu and vegetables and milk and fruit and I do eat fish. Whatever happens, you can't lose weight by just changing your diet -- you need to exercise, too. Also, just because you cut out meat doesn't mean you are cutting out what's bad for you. Meat is not as bad for you as french fries or candy and stuff like that. Just don't get your hopes too high about the whole vegetarian thing. Good luck, though!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. more then it looks - ok today was a pretty bad eating day for me.. breakfast i ate some pears which wasnt bad but then i ate cookies ahh then at about 3 i came home from work and ate candy (i was on abinge kinda thing) then i went to the gym for an hour and came home and ate chicken for dinner and then i had another bad thing ...pie...ahh ...normally i dont do so bad heres what i normally do.. breakfast a protien bar, lunch a sandwich and dinner whatever happens to be there with some fruit in between..
