haha I am going to push myself to exercise more then I do...I will try and eat a salad every other day at school if I bring lunch money but yeah anyway an I will eat a peice of fruit everyday I will exercise harder in PE and 30-60 minutes at home. If I work hard enough I was to loose about 20-30 lbs by March 4th...Is that an ok goal or should I go for less I want to loose that much to see results on my birthday I wanted to make it more but if I'm going to loose weight I want to stick wit it and make it all sTAY OFF! I have these 3 shirts I want to fit into reallyyyy badly and these cuteeeeeee pants I seen I really want an no wayyy in hell they would fit me so I want to loose weight and make sure I do everything I can. THIS SHOULD b fun! anyways, we should totally be honest with eachother about food we have been eating and like talk about dificulties we have had during every week... this will really help me! we could just send eachother "messages" NO comments, because i would b tooo emberacced, just little messages to eachother talking about stuff....

Breakfast - Bowl of raisin bran, and a banana. Lunch - A chicken salad with a roll and a propel. Dinner - A salad, chicken noodle soup, and a dinner roll. Snack - 2 animal cracker fat free snacks, and a poptart. I'm going on the XL - Glider for 30 min tonight and doing 100 sit ups and 30 push ups.

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175ish - Hey everyone,
I know I posted just about an hour ago I hope I'm not bugging anyone by posting again. Well anyway I said earlier I was gonna go on the XL - Glider for 30 min. well I went on for 45 min and burnt 450 calories:) I didn't feel like going on it and I haven't lately but I push myself to. I want to keep my body in shape. My mom said to skip a night but I told her I can't do that cause if I skip a night I'm not burning extra calories and I'll want to skip more. So my main reason for this post is I'm telling you all that if you feel like giving up for a few nights think of how good it feels once your done working out and how happy you are in the end even if in the beginging you didn't want to. Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - ok well so far i havent had nearly enough calories but i havent added dinner in, and i know exactly how many calories that will be so yeah..
ok breakfast - kashi go lean bar (170 calories)
lunch- tuna on half a whole wheat pita (110 calories) and an apple (75 calories.. i looked it up)
and thats all so far.. whoops.. but anyway where having subway for dinner, so im gonna have a 12 inch (since its dinner time) on italian bread, turkey breast, light on the mayo and lettuce.. (which i looked up to be 570 calories)
also i burned 400 calories on the treadmill today.. howd i do?

I'm in the chat discussing calorie intake.. for biggest loser fans I bought the book the other day.. it says take your current weight and times it by 7 to get what you should be eatin... if u eat under 1200 currently take the difference and add it to what u should be eatin

S.200.C.191.G.150 - Hey people... miss my posts? lol anyhow, I am lookin for a buddy system.. maybe we can make a big ol group and email what we eat/ do each day and meet weekly? erm... well let me know.. I actually have a plan of action too ^_^ see, I cut cals from 205 pounds till I reach 190, I'm 1 pound off lol. Then I am going to replace crappy sugary drinks with water from 190-185 then I should incorperate no soda or high sugary foods/drinks from 185-182, then I am gonna start walkin for 30 mins until I reach 174 then I'mma jog till I get to 166 then I'll jog, walk eat good drink water and attempt situps while not gettin a head ache till I am 160.. then I shall spot... so far its been workin.. cal cuttin from 205 ta 191 in less than 2 months has been great so I really think drinkin water will help me lose 5 more. Let me know on the group thing tho.

Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 150 - Everyone should watch The BIggest Loser for motivation and tips. You see how the people don't just limit there caloric intake, but they also excercise vigourously everday, which is the only proven way to loose weight and keep it off! Good luck to all.
