Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 160 - actually, i have a different statement to add for discussion, my friend is trying to lose a bunch of weight and she already has lost 35 pounds when she used to be 140. I am worried because i think the weight is being lost WAY too fast because she has lost it in 2 and a half months. She is only eating 2 meals a day and only 300 calories a day. Is this unhealthy? i really want to know because if i can't help her, i will feel like a bad friend, thanx, this is a serious situation!

Ht. 4"11, Wt. App. 140 - Hey, everyone. I'm a bit over weight, I'd say approximately, 140. I wear a five in pants size, or a five/sixe. Lately, I've let myself go, and I can notice a chunkiness in myself. Although, my friends get angry with me on how i rant on how I'm over weight. Which I believe I am. I'm starting to work out, I'm not out of shape or anything I believe, I jsut wish I could go down a couple pant sizes. My goal, to a three, or a two in evens. (usa) Have and thoughts on how I could do this? Before christmas namely? I'm a pop addict -- I can't live without it, and water isn't my cup of tea. I love comfort food, and it's too cold to really go outside to exercise. Please reply! Love You!

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - Hey guys how do you think i did today brek - kashi bar, high fiber low fat yogurt, water lunch- half a turkey sandwich on a whole wheat pita, carrot sticks, ritz snack mix 100 cal pack, water snack - apple cinnamon quakes (60 calories for one serving ) celery, and water, dinner- well my family had tacos for dinner, which can be bad ,. but it was turkey instead of beef, plus so i ate less i made it a taco salad.. and basically made lettuce the main part of the meal and used the meat as condiment.. the only other thing on it was salsa and 2 small tortillas.. and i stopped when i was full, just one medium sized salad and to workout i walked/ran on the treadill and burned 250 calories (according to the treadmill) i still kind of have a cold so i didnt want it to be to high intensity or anything

Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 160 - Yeah, guys i have been trying to lose weight for years and finally im going to tackle it. I am actually very active, i am on JV Cross country, Varsity Water Polo, and i swim three times a week. I think i am a great athlete, i just need to lose about 30 -35 pounds so i can be a faster runner and swimmer. I am wondering on how everyone manages eating a school, i have a hard time picking out a healthy lunch, are sandwiches healthy? i don't really kno! hahaha i know it sounds dumb, but can someone please respond to me???!!! THANX! i just need some guidance on how all of you have tackled losing weight, because i want to lose this wieght by march! THANX! Ht. n/a, Wt. n/a - Okay will someone tell me on how ive done so far today? its 4:07 well For breakfast i had half a piece of bread and 7 grapes and about a cup of milk then for lunch i had half of a roast beef and cheese sandwhih [1 piece of each] and some pomegranite seeds like 15 cuz there small and about 15 punpkin seeds because my mom said pomegranite and pumpkin seeds are really good for you then in the car she gave out snacks and it was a fruit roll up but it had fruit juice in it I did what your suppose to cut you portions in half and now im starving!! i think ill go drink water and see if its just my thirst. Please tell me how i did so far

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 193 - i have a health issue right know with my weight, and i got an x-ray 2 days ago, and got thae reluts today and i have serious spine issues, my doctor says that my weight id to much for my back, i need help guys, i dont know what to do anymore, and my doctor also told me that my issuse can't be solve, ao my back will stay like this forever....i feel like crying right now but i not going too, i really needed help...i dont know what to do, i dont like to exerices because every times i dont sit ups my back starts to hurt, and i was on a diet, but then i stop agian for some werid reson :(...how should a diet go?
