Ht. 5'6'', Wt. 200 - Hey everyone. I have been having a difficult time staying on task and motivated to lose weight. We all know it's hard, and we can't just drop the weight when we want. But I have been looking at clothes that I want that I would not be seen in now. Like tight clothes and skirts, and it is keeping me on track. And knowing that if I lose all this weight by summer and be able to wear a bikini is such an amazing thought! I can't wait!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180-190 - Hey, y'all! Here's a tip for all of y'all who get cravings (and I'm sure that's almost everyone)! A lot of the time, people mistake thirst for hunger. Every time you have a craving, and it's between meals and you have already had your morning or afternoon snack, drink a glass of water, and then see how you feel. I don't mean a little cup-ful. I mean drink a BIG glass of water! If you still have a craving after one or two glass-fuls, have a healthy snack like carrots with hummus -- yum!

Ht. 5'1", Wt. 170 - Hey guys. I'm 5'1" and 170 lbs. I eat a lot of healthy foods and virtually no junk food whatsoever. I try to go to the gym atleast 2-3 times a week. No matter how hard I try though, I can't lose weight. I'm at a point where I'm really uncomfortable with my body and feel like I need to change. Does anyone have any tips or words of encouragement? Thanks :]

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - ok so howd i do today
brek- kashi bar, low fat/high fiber yogurt, propel
lunch- half a turkey sandwich, carrot sticks, ritz snack mix 100 calorie pack, water
snack- 1 serving of apple cinnamon quaker things, and an apple, propel
dinner- whole wheat pasta, light ceasar salad, water
dessert- cantaloupe
for workout i did a 20 minute treadmill routine that fitness magazine said it burned about 300 cals, but accoring to my treadmill i only burned about 150.. the treadmill was set to less than my weight though but anyway i dont no
i sort of started a strength training routine but then i gave up because i knew i wouldnt stick with and wanna find a strength training routine that i will stick with..
anyway i know i did good healthy wise and calorie wise, but i mostly want to know if you think i had enough fruits/veggies, and all the other things in a diet you need and how i could improve how i eat or improve my workout..thanks

Ht. 5' 6", Wt. 200 - Yesterday evening I took the box of 12 doughnuts that my mom got and I ate and ate and ate until I ate 12 doughnuts!!!! Then I ate 7 brownies and the rest of my bag of halloween candy. I was so depressed after my bathing suit ripped and everyone so me naked a the pool party. I woke up this morning and I could not put my jeans on and my close was so tight I could barely move. I stepped on the scale and I had gained 6 pounds. This morning I hate 4 bowls of cereal I cant stop eating Im depressed and now my stomach expanded so I m always hungry. I cant see my knees anymore even when I bend over and my waist size went from 41 to 48 inches. I hate myself.

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 147 - hey! I really want to loose 25 pounds at least by the end of winter and I really want get toned. My arms are really flabby and stomach and thighs. My goal is to wear a bikini and actually look good in it! So if I wake up early everyday or everyother day and go on the treadmill for 20 min then do other floor exercises and cut out all junk food and soda do you think I can do it? Please give me some tips!!

I have decided that I'm going to not worry about my weight as much I still care about loosein weight but I will just go on with an everyday life eatin junk once in a while still gettin healthy food and water and exercise. I Plan to weigh myself on March 4th (my birthday) to see if I have lost anything so I'm just goin to be tryin less hard an thinkin bout it all the time. Good luck everybody. -Montana

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st. 188-185 now.162 - ahhhhhh omg i did horrible this week sooo bad. on halloween i ate f**king brownies . no candy but a crap load of brownies.. then i ate them all week cause we freaking had leftovers. and on top of it my darling monthly friend should be here any day soooo im on a feeding frenzy. my mom bought cookies and i ate them gahhhhh i gained 2 pounds in the last week. most of it is cause its almost that time of the month buttt silll... gerrr. thats okay tho cause next week im majorly stepping it up i only have like 20-25 more pounds i want to lose and i did it before so i know i can do it again. okay sorry i needed to vent <3 good luck guys
