Ht. 5'9, Wt. S.200.C.195.G.150 - Hey guys.. just a little sumthin sumthin I thought all of u might find interesting.----If you're addicted to salty foods, you should know that eating too much salt may make you retain water, which adds extra pounds to the scale. Studies also show that excess sodium is linked to high blood pressure, which puts you at a higher risk for heart disease. So it's a good idea to watch your daily sodium intake carefully -- just one teaspoon of salt contains 2,300mg of sodium, more than 95 percent of your daily allowance (2,400mg). Diet-friendly snacks like popcorn and pretzels can be loaded with sodium. On your next trip to the grocery store, select low-sodium foods and cooking ingredients to help you keep your daily intake lower. And replace that salt shaker on the table with your favorite herbs and spices instead!

Ht. 55, Wt. too much - Well my grandma is going to help me out she is going to be making my lunch to take to school. She is also going to have go to her house everyday and do my homework and eat dinner there, this way I do not snack and get bored and help myself to anything I want. She is also going to pay for me to go to curves and then she will take me up to our mall so we can walk around some more!
I hope this diet goes well!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 160 - Hey guys!
You might remember me from over summer, most likely not though. I havent posted on this in a really really long time, but I'm starting again. By best bud and partner in crime is orcy, you may no her as the wonderful advice giver. Yup, were back after a long break of eating junk food 24/7 and not working out at all. Im going 2 do indoor track so hopefully that will get me into shape and kick off my weight loss goals!! I'm really going 2 work hard this time, and as of now i am starting my new heathly life style. As it is, i dont have much weight 2 lose, mabye like 15 pounds. Im mostly muscle in my arms and shoulders, and I'm pretty strong. This time around will be the best, and im really motivated!!
Good luck 2 all of you!!!

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 180-190 - Hey, y'all! I have a question. My birthday is on Thurday, and I have an idea. Instead of taking the day off from working out because it's my birthday, I thought it might be a good idea if I added some extra workout into my schedule. I thought I'd walk home from school, then take one of my dogs on a long walk, some home, take the other one on the same walk, and then maybe do some crunches and a tiny bit of weight lifting for my arms. Do you think that is too much or a good idea? I'll probably also do some dancing at my party that night, but I don't know. What do y'all think?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 145 - I know i'm really not "fat" anymore, but i'm still not at my goal. I have 25 more pounds to go and I really want to accomplish it by christmas. For my diet i'm doing a 1200 calorie diet and for my diet plan im doing 300 crunches, walking up and down stairs 20 times [up and down = 1 set] 200 jumping jacks, 20 minutes of running in place, and 10 minutes of kick boxing. What does that sound like to you guys?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175 - Hey everyone, I'm so happy!! Today was a great day! I went to the mall and tried on a smaller size in juniors and I fit into a 13 pants and a L shirt. I'm so happy! Today for breakfast I ate A bowl of Golden Grahams, Lunch - 2 poptarts, and a sandwich and for dinner a bowl of raisen bran cereal. I think I did really good today. I went on the XL - Glider for 35 min. today and burnt 350 calories and I'm gonna do 100 sit ups tonight. I'm finally becoming happy with my new body and accepting it. My mom,my aunt, uncle, me and my best friend were planning on going to the Bahama's in early March so I think if i maintain this weight or maybe lose 5 more pounds I will be very happy! Good luck everyone!
