Ht. 5'8, Wt. 175 - How did I do today?? For breakfast I had a Bowl of raisin bran, lunch : 2 poptarts, a propel fitness water, and a sandwich and for dinner 2 small rolls and a bowl of raisin bran. Snack I had a hand full of vanilla waeffer cookies (They were reduced fat so for 8 they were 110 calories and 15 fat calories. I think I did pretty well today. We ran the mile in gym I ran 13 laps around our gym, I walked home from school, then road my bike to get the mail, soon I'm gonna be going on the exsercise bike for 30 min. and doing 100 sit-ups + 30 push ups. Please comment on how I did. Thank you!

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - ok you guys.. i highly highly HIGHLY reccomend kashi go lean bars.. in chocolate peanut butter bliss.. they have 170 calories, so i eat them for breakfast along with yogurt or fruit .. there is only 4 grams of fatand theres 5g of fiber and 9 g of protein, which keeps you full for a really really long time. plus, theres chocolate in it, so that keeps be satisfied enough to binge on junk food

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 155 - Here's what I ate yesterday tell me how I did: Breakfast: cinnoman toast waffle Lunch: Didn't have any money or a packed lunch Snack: Strawberry Apple sauce Dinner: Boca Corn Dog, peaches, and peas I had volleyball practice, and I also did a thigh workout and 25 jumping jacks and crunches before bed.

Ht. 5'9, Wt. S.200.C.191.G.150 - I cant break 190 lol... gettin there I guess.. anyhow, I weighed in today and I am 191, last week I was 195. ummm, somethin I learned... watch the fiber intake.. You need lotsa fiber and carbs are actually fuel for our bodies.. but you dont want too many carbs.. you want high protein and high fiber foods. TIP OF THE DAY I GOT----- When you think of push-ups, images of bellowing drill sergeants and groaning army privates may cross your mind. But this old-fashioned exercise shouldn't be intimidating at all -- it's an excellent way to build your upper body strength and tone your arms and shoulders, too. Imagine how great you'll look in tank tops! Now, give me 10! Now, Thanksgiving is coming up... so I hope I have learned better selfcontrol than I think I did. Don't wanna kno.. - okiez... uhmm I didn't eat lunch or breakfast...I ate a few goldfish an a small peice of a cookie at lunch tho..When I got home I had a packet of top ramen and for dinner I had a bowl of chilli.. I didn't do good today plus I didn't do anything in PE today I plan to go on the gazzelle (sp?) for a while tonight and I will do better tomorrow and actually eat breakfast and lunch..

Ht. 5'4 and a half, Wt. 215 - ok hey everybody. well i am on a low cal diet. i had a little thing of cheez its which only had like 300 calories in it then i had a burrito which had like well i dunno how many calories in it but then after that i had a turkey sandwhich with mustard and vegetables. also i had about 15 jelly beans with seventy cals in it. so how did i do today and oh yeah i only drank one bottle of water

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - Ok you guys.. a lot of you might remember me from over the summer, i used to be on like everyday. but that kind of ended, and im back and im really going to stay now. so basically, i was skinny up until about 5th grade. then it all basically went downhill.. i was overweight by the time i was in 7th grade (by about like 20 or so lbs) at the beginning of 8th grade i weighed about 165.. i managed to get down to 157 (which took a long time, because i had good weeks and bad weeks and never really stuck to it) then this august, i suddenly let it all catch up on me and now im up to 170 !! that realllly scares me how like fast i gained weight and that im bigger than ive ever been.. so anyway i started my diet today and so far ive done ok.. but any tips you guys have i would REALLY appreciate.. thanks =)

Ht. 5'7", Wt. 170 eek !! - ooh yeah if you read my post before, i have a little moer to add.. im going on a cruise in the beginning of february, and id like to lose 30 lbs for that.. i have a little over 3 months to lose it, so im pretty sure thats sensible.. right?? but if not, id like to atleast be 140 lbs by the end of april , for the froshmore we have at our school.. what do you guys think??

Ht. 5'0, Wt. 120 - This is not about me. but it's my 7 year old brother that weighs 140 lbs and is only 4'4". He has a BMI of 36.5 and is supposed to weigh 68 lbs, that makes him 72 lbs overwieght. Is that obese??? He just eats and plays Playstation. He never does his chores. When we eat dinner he eats more than me and I'm almost twice his age!! On incident I remamber is when my dad made burgers and fries, I had one and a 1/2 and a spoonful of fries, while James, had 4 burgers, 6 spoons of fries, and 4 slices of cake after (which I didn't want). I have heard yellin some nights from the kitchen. Dad to James, I think he was down there eating fattening food. I need help, my Dad tries to make him diet, but my mom lets him eat, and eat, and eat ect. Plz Help!!!

Ht. 5-4, Wt. 179 - ok guys, i been a lurker here for a while. , everyone comes on with the same question, "HOW CAN I LOSE WEIGHT?" , hey, everybody knows, you eat less - you lose weight... but it is s-o-o-o hard to eat less!! why??? it cuz we are hooked on high pleasure food.. like addicted!! .. . its no different than being addicted to weed or drugs. . so when you try to eat less of it yuo get like 'withdrawal' same as if you were comin off a drug... you get antsy and stressed, so then you give up and eat a whole lot again. . ok... so what can you do??? you gotta cut down in tiny baby steps and each time you cut down your gonna feel stressed but u gotta keep yourselv really busy so you dont miss the junk and then it gets better... i mean like if your late for a dance or somthin you might skip supper but yuo dont miss it while your dancing,, not til you stop, right?? anyways thats what i read, so my plan is im cuttin down slowly and stayin busy... ~:)J(:~
