S200.C199.G150 - HAHAHA I cant count lol I had toast with some butter for breakfest- 90 cals... 3 pickle spears for like.. b4 lunch ( 15 cals--- 2 oz chicken after lunch --60 cals.. then stupid dinner I didnt want to eat ne how.. 790 cals... somewhere in there I ate a sugar free candy at 30 cals and a pop at 100 cals... added together only makes 1,085 not 1124 ^_^ I'm happy...

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 158 - Hey everyone!!! I hope that you are all busting blubber! LoL. Anyways, I am posting because I have a problem and seek help. Every time I diet, the first few days are always fine...but it never lasts well over a week. I'll give into ice cream, cake, cookies...JUNK! Then I just kind of forget about dieting and start eating junk every day. Also, I have trouble sticking to exercizing. So please let me know if you have any ideas of how to stick to exersizing regularly and dieting. Thanks!

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 204 Gl. 135-145 - Try this again, I got no response the 1st time...There's a guy I like and I haven't seen him in 3 weeks, and I won't see him till 3 more weeks. I want to looke really good the next time I see him, and I have already lost 4 pounds since I last saw him, but I was just wondering what the most I could lose by November 6th??? I REALLY want to know what the most I could lose is and I know it depends on my diet and exercise, but could I have an estimate maybe???

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 200 - Hey again!! A good way to stick to your diets and excersizes is to go to sites with really cute "little people clothes" and imagine yourself in 'em. That is what I do and it stops me from eating that big chocolate chip cookie!! LOL!! Anyways if anybody wants to be my diet buddy just put it on here and I will give you my e-mail/screen name!!

Anyway all I ate today at 6a.m was a bowl of Raisin Bran and a banana. I didn't eat lunch at school and I'm not planning on eating dinner tonight. It's 4:20pm here so far so I only have about 5 hours to last till bed. When I get hungry I chew a piece of gum and I'm fine for another hour. Anyway today I rode my bike to a friends house in the morning,then walked to school, after school I walked to my friends house,then rode my bike home, once I got home I walked down the rode to get the mail then took another walked in the woods. All though it doesn't show my mom said it takes about 3 - 7 days to show. She also told me that if you start to feel weak from not eating it's cause your metabalism is going into starvation mode. Do you think I did bad today as far as the eating goes??? Please comment. I want to loose another 15 - 17 pounds in 4 1/2 months. Do you think I can do it if I keep this diet up or close to it?
