Ht. 5'6, Wt. 162 - hey! so um idk how to eat really so i was wondefing if i can gte ur opinoin on what i ate today and if it is good or bad okay so here it goes: 1 special k bar-90 calories a few baby carrots 1/2 a steak sandwhich and a salad w/ cucumbers and their house dressing which was kinda like a vinigarette... so did i do okay or bad or what? im not gonna eat a thing for the rest of the day please reply

Ht. 5ft8, Wt. ?? - i jus did the weight calculator thing and it sez that between 106-158lbs is healthy for my height but i dont think thats rite i mean 106 is healthy for like someone 5ft not 5ft 8! anyone agree?

Ht. 5'5, Wt. more then it looks - hey johnny ...i know all that stuff counts but when your counting cals it just slips your mind so thanks for reminding me..but i dont like walking so yeah i run and treadmills drive me nuts .. but yeah i ran two and a half miles today.. it took me about 20 minutes...so yeah im gonna try and do 3 and a half so i can do a full thirty

Ht. 5' 6", Wt. 148 - Im trying so hard to diet. I exercise 3 times a week. And eat only 1200 cals a day. But I just gained 2 pounds. !!!!! My belly is so big I hate it so much fat help me.

So I started to decide to get in shape say last month, september 3rd around. So I took my work pay and bought myself a treadmill. I began doing the treadmill for 30mins a day every day, 7 days a week. About after 2 weeks I started to do 45mins a day and then 1 week later I started to do 1 hour a day every day of the week. Dinner I usally had subs because I eat out a lot and subs are the only decent food I can get. For drinks I never had any soda since september 4th and drink less milk also, mainly water and orange juice. I never snacked on anything bad in that time like cookies, donuts and never had a junky dinner, the closest was probably jamaican pattie but that was only once. Anyway on to my weighing, I did not check my weight before I started my diet but I know I was around 240 to 250, I checked my weight last night after finally buying a scale and I'am exactly 220. I knew I lost some weight because as I said on here earlier I felt my back more leaner and other areas also. Anyway sorry for my rant, I just wanted to let you all know keep at it and dont weigh yourself every day or it will make you crazy, look at me I did not weigh myself almost for 2 months lol. Just try to do better today is all you can do. I hope you all got in your exercise yesterday and I hope you do it again today. Like someone said 10 minutes isnt very long but, 10 is more than none correct? Well alright.. tip is the next post by me.. But I just wanted to say.. I weighed myself today and I lost 7 pounds in a month... not bad but I'mma try for 10 this month. Good luck to everyone I know u can do it!
