Ht. 5"5, Wt. 220 - Hello there! i think that now that a found a job it will be better for me to lose weight, because I won't be at home sleeping and eating, but I have a problem, I eat a big breakfast then a snack and something for lunch at 2:30 but then I got out of work at 7:30 and when I get home I eat. what I am looking for is what could i do not to eat food that late, if any of you guys knows of something that i could eat instead of having a big meal. ;)

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 160 - Did u guys know that the World Health organization defines the point at which the body is dying as 900 calories or less a day over a long period of time? I just found out and that really scared me because i used to eat like 800 calories a day and i did that for 4 months!! ahhhhhhhhh

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 204 Gl. 135 - Oh yeah, here's something else I wanted to say. There's a guy I like and I haven't seen him in 3 weeks, and I won't see him till 3 more weeks. I want to looke really good the next time I see him, and I have already lost 4 pounds since I last saw him, but I was just wondering what the most I could lose by November 6th???

Ht. 55, Wt. 135 - oh and i found out a new way to stop or prevent a big binge ..well when i came home today i was like OMG im hungry ahhhh lol and normally when i come home i binge but today i was like hmm..peanut butters good and so i put my finger in the peanut butter and ate that but then i was thirsty so i was like ahh and then i realized there wasnt anything to drink so after five minutes i found something to drink and realized i was hungry but not enough to binge... well yeah thats it lol eat a small amount of peanutbutter and wait five minutes before you eat anything else..

Ht. 55, Wt. 135 - hey everyone.. my goal has been to lose ten pounds for like ever..butit just hasnt happened.. but now i think its comming closer..because today i did soo good on my diet, this morning i ate one poptart(100cals) with half a banana ididnt have time to eat the rest of it, at school i ate some thing at lunch i think it was like 100 cals im not sure, then in one of my classes i ate something else with 100 cals in then i came home and ate one more poptart (100 cals) and some grapes the only bad thing i think i did was i didnt vary much with my choices of what to eat and im eating gummy bears right now so thats another 110 cals in total that is 510 cals give or take a few hows that? oh and im gonna go to the gym in like thirty minutes..and eat dinner later well tell me what you think...

Ht. 5'1, Wt. Don't wanna kno.. - Okay okay okayzzzz... gosh this time I'm going to really be motivated and lay off all the JUNK !!!! I'm going to drink nooooooo more coffee at all so no sugar in it !! I am also going to try and eating breakfast in the morning and if I do I will only have a bowl of cheerios NO extra sugar and I will exercise 120 minutes a night whether it's playin catch wit a football running walkin etc and thatz not includin PE for right now my goal is 120 I hope I can get there and everybody else can get to there goals to so good luck and get motivated!!!! :D *~Montana~*
