Its called the Negative Calorie diet. There are some books on it but I couldnt find them so I just made up my own version of it. On my dit, you eat as much vegetables as you want, and as much fruit as you want except bananas, and as much seafood as you want, and you can also have lean chicken. These foods take more calories to digest than they have in them. For example, if a piece of broccoli has 60 calories, and it takes 100 calories to digest, then you lose 40 calories from fat. So, if you eat alot of these foods, you will lose weight. You don't have to eat all negative calories though. Usually, I eat like 500 calories of regular foods... Ht. 5'6", Wt. 220 - Hello everyone. I've posted on this board a couple of times before, but I'm still unsure if there are rules regarding before/after pictures in external websites. However, I would like to post one mainly for psychological reasons, and I am fine with my post being removed if I've done something wrong. I say psychological reasons, as this b/a pic isn't of weight loss, but weight gain, and I want to post it to 'shame' myself into getting serious about weight loss. Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200-150Goal - Just a keep truckin post-- I just was readin all these posts and was like.. why.. why am I sitting here in my chair reading about being heavy.. and talking about being heavy.. but not doing anything about it.. hmm so I jumped up got on my stupid treadmill and ran... I ran and ran.. then I looked down and what I thought was forever was about 3 minutes lol.. But anyhow before I got on I made a goal.. 10 minutes.. no matter what.. running walking just..10 minutes on the treadmill.. I thought I was gonna die around 7... but I cut it down.. I went alright.. 7 minutes... only 1 more minute and I'll be on minute 8.. I can do it because I said I would... and I really thought I was gonna fall off but I kept going .. by the time I got to 10 I was only going 1 mph.. but I made it..10 minutes on the treadmill! for... But no.. see thats the point.. take something exercise wise and make a goal.. make it high.. one you're not totally sure you can make but make it possible.. be like " I'm going to do 30 situps.." For some 30 is high.. like me lol.. and stick to it.. allow a break at half way.. but only like 3 minutes then continue. Also, when I played volleyball and softball my coach's taught me a breathing tech. some may know.. when you are all out of breath put both hands behind your head.. it opens up your pipes or something and lets u catch your breath easier. Remember when you are about to quit.. tomorrow you wont be dreading doing what you did the day before unless you over work yourself.. and I've heard with time.. and doing it every day stuff gets easier. Ht. 5'2, Wt. 160 - ok guys judge what i ate today at 12am i ate an apple at 4pm a juice that i made myself at 7Pm i ate a big bole of salad and and fish and soure cream...i was soooo hungry today... but i didnt do ANY sports..well yeah i danced and my mom screamed at me for shaking the whole house... how'd i do?

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 163 - i did baaaaaaaaaaaaaaad today. I hate a snickers bar ice cream thing it had 180 calories and some pizza for dinner. thats all i ate but still i feel gross cause i iddn't eat anything healthy :(
