Ht. 5'7, Wt. 205 - hey yaw i know what yaw r going threw i have lost 5lbs in 2 weeks so yaw keep hanging in there. the way i lost mine is i stoped eating sweets and that is really hard. then i stared exicing like walking playing more sports. i was getting mad at frist b/c i wasnt losing alot then i was told that if u lose it slow then u r not as likley to gain it back. dont use the slim fast as much b/c i have used that and it didnt do ne thing. girls i uderstand what yaw are going though with not haveing the first kiss b/c i havent either and i like a guy and he doesnt know i want to go out w/ him so bad but ne ways dont give up and u will get there.

I was just doing my homework, and I started to notice that my stomach and abdomen area was just sitting there all jiggley and it started to bother me. So I got up and did 300 crunches. Then my inner thighs were annoying me, so I did 40 leg-lifts. I lifted weights and did bicep curls to work on my arms. So here is my point: When you start feeling that you just can't get rid of fat on a certain part of your body, do something that works on that area. I found then when I feel a workout burn in my abs or arms or legs, it makes me feel like I am really doing something about the fat that's there. If you are in school, and you feel your stomach bounce a bit, stretch your abs or touch your toes or lay on the ground all strecthed out for a minute (that is for when you have a study hall). If you are sitting in your seat in class, stretch your arms way above your head. This way, this won't look like you are working out, when in reality, you are. It might not be much at the time, but it will all add up and make you feel good as you go. Here's a tip also: I am sure we all have that little jelly-role on our lower abdomen, and it never goes away no matter what! Here's something I found to help me feel the burn in my jelly-role. When you do crunches, instead of putting your knees up, lay your legs out flat and crunch up slowly over and over again. This works the upper and lower ab muscles! So stay active and feel the burn! Ht. 5'8, Wt. 178ish - Hi everyone, I just wanted to ask if I'm doing ok. I started to increase my diet and make it more strict so can you ppl comment and tell me if I'm doing ok. So far today for breakfast I had 1 cup of cereal and a 1/2 cup of 2% milk. I measured it all out so I know exactly. Then I just ate a small salad for lunch it was in a bowl that holds about a cup. I had a little bit of ham, a piece of cheese and 2 baby carrots in it with fat free ranch dressing. For dinner I'll probably have some soup. I went on my XL-glider that my mom bought me and burned 550 calories so far. I'm going to go back on and burn another 450 so I make 1000 calories today. Did I do alright so far???

I lost 50 pounds so far and I've looked back at all these different pictures of me through the years and I'm so proud of myself that I came this far and I'm still going. Of course it's peoples choices to do what they want with there bodies but my advice is don't become a gainer. Well at least I know I will NEVER go back to what I weighed. I'm moving on with my life. When I weighed the 225 - 230 pounds I felt ugly and never got a boyfriend or anything. Now I weigh about 175 (on the border line) and I have a wonderful boyfriend who means the world to me and I couldn't be happier. I fit in alot more cute clothes. I never would have worn a mini skirt when I weighed 225 pounds and yesterday I went shopping ... Ht. 5'0, Wt. 120 - my crush asked me if i lost weight, it was akward, but awesome!!! so that means that he has been spending enough time looking at me to be able to tell that im losing weight. surprisingly, ive been losing pretty quickly. i guess this guy (who ive known since i was like in pre-school) is good enough insentive. though i am kinda worried that i ownt lose so quickly now that volley ball is over :(.

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 280-270 GOAL:160 - I hate going into the chat sometimes, because its like some people will say they lost 30 pounds on the atkins diet but gained 15 back...whats the point. Why go on a specific diet when you can just cut back on your meals, drink lots of water and exercise like lots of other people. I hate how some people buy into FADS..anyways hope everyone else is having a good day!
