Ht. 5'4", Wt. s:216.5 n:194 g:165 - I've lost about 4 pounds since i last posted on this site. (which was about a 2 weeks ago). Since the middle of July, i have lost a total of approx 22 pounds. Everyday i eat healthy and walk 1/2 - 1 mile. I will see the guy i like in about a month and a half. how much do you think i can lose from now until then?

Ht. 5'6, Wt. 230 - hey everyone , i been on this site before its great to have people all the same like in the same position as me, i lost 18 lbs already and my sweet 16 is comin up and i got a boyfriend and all but its not the point i want to look good and i want to noe if any one has tips on losing weight or which diets work ? im soo confused and i want to lose like a good 100 pounds it might take me a while buh im determined , i dont really excercise which i noe i should and the doctors keep tellin me in a couple of years if i dont stop im going to be very unhealthy so can some 1 please help me or give me some advice ? thanks soo much meg <3

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 204 gl: 135 - I was setting a goal for about 3.5 pounds a week ,because I have been able to lose that much before, but I know some people say that it's too much cause you lose muscle too. So maybe 2.5 a week should be my goal. So I just wanted opinions, 2.5 a week or 3.5 a week??????????????? P.S. I am so excited because I have now lost a total of 14 pounds, YAY!

Ht. 5'4, Wt. nunna - What is your def. of over weight? i think it is wrong for skinny pple to call others fat. iwish I could be as thin as my friends. It seems as though guys will only go out with you if your a twig {at least thats what my guy friends do} To all who read this next time you feel low say somethong positive about who you are.Also remember thouse who call names have something about them which they don't like and you have. Ht. ???, Wt. ???? - hi im new here and i was wonderin how many cals i ate today...Lunch- fries with ranch dip. supper- a bowl of chili from BK and a medium fry from Mcdonalds. then for a snack i had popcorn with butter and salt. i was sooo hungry today!!!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 205 - hey yaw i know what yaw r going threw i have lost 5lbs in 2 weeks so yaw keep hanging in there. the way i lost mine is i stoped eating sweets and that is really hard. then i stared exicing like walking playing more sports. i was getting mad at frist b/c i wasnt losing alot then i was told that if u lose it slow then u r not as likley to gain it back. dont use the slim fast as much b/c i have used that and it didnt do ne thing. girls i uderstand what yaw are going though with not haveing the first kiss b/c i havent either and i like a guy and he doesnt know i want to go out w/ him so bad but ne ways dont give up and u will get there.

I was just doing my homework, and I started to notice that my stomach and abdomen area was just sitting there all jiggley and it started to bother me. So I got up and did 300 crunches. Then my inner thighs were annoying me, so I did 40 leg-lifts. I lifted weights and did bicep curls to work on my arms. So here is my point: When you start feeling that you just can't get rid of fat on a certain part of your body, do something that works on that area. I found then when I feel a workout burn in my abs or arms or legs, it makes me feel like I am really doing something about the fat that's there.
