Ht. 5'8, Wt. 181 - well i no your not ment to starve yourself or anything like that and im not trying to promote it but im just really going to cut calories now because: i started at 198lbs and i haven't properly dieted just mixed n matched and at my lightest had got down to 174 and now im at 181 so now im just going to exercise quite alot and this is what ive eat so far today - 1 slice of grilled bacon, 3 squares of galaxy, 3 grilled low fat burger, 3 onion rings and red sauce. i no what ive eaten isnt exactly healthy but at least ive eat. ne advice from anyone would be greatly appreciated xx

Ht. 5'5'' 1/2, Wt. 213 now 205 - Hey! Well yesterday i ate an apple &carrots and a bagel for lunch. ( i usually juss eat an apple and something like trail mix but i came home early ) then later i went to a football game from 530-10 and over there i ate nachos (not all of em) and a hot chocolate, i was having so much fun i didnt realize what i ate. I didnt run becuzz well i was gone when me and my cuzzin go running (6) but i plan on going tonightt. My mom wants me to make a list of all the things she should buy today! Any ideas pleaze?!?!?!? (im a vegetarian)

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 185 - today I feel like I had way to much. I ate a sandwitch for breakfest, it had on it a peice of light balonia and a peice of cheese. at school I had a pack of non-fat gummy worms, and a couple of small cookies. For dinner I had a bowl of brown rice with some chicken(not fried.) Here is where I feel like I went wrong, after that I hadtaht, I had 2 more sandwitches of the same kind I had for breakfest, and I felt like that was too much. was it? P.S.-I work out every day, at least 40 minutes, and I plan on eating an apple later today.

Ht. 5"3, Wt. ! - Hi. For anyone who studies a lot, I find that I get bored and snack a lot during studying and because I get stressed. What I do now is jumping jacks everytime I take a break. I also tape recorded some classes so I can study and jog at the same time! Another thing, don't stress about what you eat. There's no such thing as good or bad food, it's good or bad diet all together.

Then me and my friend walked home (about 40 minutes) And i ate one serving of goldfish and a granola bar. Im going running at 6, about 3 miles, and then ill take a shower after that ill eat my dinner wich is colliflower (sp) a tuna sandwich, and cantalope. How does my day sound? All Water =]
