im 13 and i weight 160 pounds.
and my goal is to be 120
my whole family makes fun of me.
i dont have any friends.
i want to be able to lose 5-8 pounds a week
i try to run but i get tierd when i run bout 2 minuts

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200-150Goal - Hey all.. not a surpise I'm doing horrible! lol its not the food its the lack of exersize... I dont have time or I just dont or I dont know! lol I hate sit ups I get a headache when I do them.. I cant use the treadmill because my little sister thinks she has to help and shes 2... I was into yoga for awhile but now I cant find time.. Hopefully I can get down to my goal before next year.. that would be awesome.. I'm going to start trying again.. Anyone have a routine we can share? Thanks for your imput

Ht. ???, Wt. ???? - ok yesterday i ate no lunch but for supper i ate steak with A1 sauce and a baked potato with butter and cheese then for a snack i had a bag of popcorn with salt and butter then later i had a couple of handfuls of chips. how many cals did i eat i kno i ate a lot

Ht. 5'' 5', Wt. 162 - i am at the risk of being overwieght but i still want to loose some i am tired of being in size 13 clothes and having all the other clothes i have be too small for me.
I need help with loosing weight... i have been tiny all my life (it may have been because of all the meds they tried on me but thats another story) but now i am fat
and its hard with a little sister who needs to gain weight and is allowed to have sweets and always hides anything that has sugar in it away from me. my mom constantly reminds me that my face has gotten fuller and that make me upset because i dont like people pointing out that i have gained weight. I have tried weight watchers but with school i have no time to go to the meetings. since i have gained weight my clothes size went from like a 10 to a 13 and its so frustrating trying to loose like 5 pounds! i am about to give up!

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 225 - ok i go to an all girls school. it's really hard to see all my friends go shopping downtown and go to stores that no longer carry my size. i'm tired of being overweight so i'm joining swimteam. they practice 2 hours a day 5 days a week. i'm really excited but then i realized i'll only be burning like 1000 calories that means to lose weight i have to only eat 1000 calories. i was anorexic for a little while and dropped 3 sizes and lost 25 lbs. it was really hard and i got really sick so i am really interested in losing weight quickly and SAFELY...anyone in my situation want to exchange e-mails so we can talk everyday about what has happened that day and have eachother when we feel fat?

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 160 - Is it true that if your body is in "starvation mode" that if you add a couple hundred calories a day you lose more weight because it has to burn more? Thats what ive read on a lot of websites.

Ht. 5.2, Wt. Not sure right now - Last night I did half an hour's exercise on this bike machine, and it told me I'd burned off 70 calories. I went downstairs and ate a cookie, and then when I looked at the side of the packet, ONE COOKIE was 76 calories!!
Half an hour's excersise ruined by one cookie. It's insane.

Ht. 5'5, Wt. Unknown as of now - I get really annoyed when adults keep bringing up that America is the fattest nation because all these kids are eating junk food. I feel especially offended when discussions like this erupt at school and people look over at me!
i NEVER eat junk food. I love sports and I'd excersize and play them often if I didn't have tons of homework everyday, but no. They blame me being overweight on my excessive junk food eating. I eat healthier than all my skinny friends....
I just don't see how this is fair. =(
