Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200-150 goal - another tip: I just found a book I started awhile back that has weight and measurements... I measure and weigh once a month and write it all down right next to the last months.. then I color code them.. like my losses are pink and my gains are yellow. It helps me know which parts I really need to work on.. Like right now I hate to admit it but my butt is bigger than any part of me. But, it also makes me happy when I see loses and makes me think I have to work harder when I see gains. as of 9-21 I had 6 losses and 5 gains. That was without even really being on a plan. So I am confident this weigh in will have more losses than gains ^_^. Just an idea for all of you. Also, I don't weigh daily, that could drive one insane.. I weight every wednesday so I dont freak out when I gain or lose day by day its a weekly thing and that give me time for my exercising to work and my cal cutting 2.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 225 - I'm 2 days into my diet and really want some food. i'm fighting the urge but it takes so long to lose weight it doesn't even seem worth it. i want to be skinny so bad. the only thing stopping me from eating a snadwhich is imagining myself in some really cute clothes. but it's like i have so much weight to lose is it ever going to happen. i want to lose 80lbs

Ht. 5"4, Wt. 180 - Im so bummed. i think i had a big chance to make homecoming queen court. and i honestly think its cuz im too fat. im ugly. my boyfriend just lost a bunch of wait and is a total hottie..somebody help me out here what should i do? besides eat healthy and excersie i already run everyday for like 2 hrs cuz it gets me off of stress i dont know what im doing wrong. maybe i was just ment to be fat the rest of my life. i dont know. =( -Michelle

Ht. 5'7, Wt. 225 - Today i only ate 810 calories and it was all healthy food and protein and it kept me full. is that too few even if i got all the food groups and stuff?

Ht. 5'9, Wt. 200 - well well.. just as I expected.. I can indeed cut down on cals. I consumed a little over 1400 today.. if I had a normal day and didnt eat any stupid pizza Iwould have been alright.. but I am going to cut it to 1100.. I am still runnin on the treadmill everyday.. the 1st day I thought I was gonna die around 2 minutes and I took a mid way break.. yesterday I got really tired around 4 minutes without a break and today I didnt tire until 7 minutes and had no break. Ht. 5'4, Wt. 148 - can someone give me advice....ok ay my school all they serve it fatty greasey foods and i always wind up eating it....and then when the day is done i feel horrible about what i have eaten. And then i have a cooking fanatic dad who always cooks so much and wont let me dish up my own plate so i always get a alot but if i dont eat he aways makes it seems like i have hurt his feelings in some way.....oh anyone have some advice

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 323 - O ya and P.E. should be illegal. once i we wre playing this game with a big red ball where u had to try and hit with smaller dodge balls to cross a certain line and the kids took the big red ball and put it next to me because i had a red shirt on and i was bigger then the big red ball :(. the only thing pe is good for is for other kids to make fun of the way your body looks...so what if i look like the cool aide man when i put a red shirt on.BAN PE!!
