Ht. 6'1, Wt. 276.5 - My weight is constantly going out of control. I weighed myself today and I am now 276.5. What am I doing wrong? I weighed myself over a month ago and I was in the 260s and since then, I gave up Pop and I've been drinking nothing but water and I've cut back a bit on my eating as much as I can...so why am I gaining so much? It's disgusting. My problem is exercising...and I am trying to start a routine but it's hard. I wanna lose weight so badly. My self-esteem is going to continue to go lower and lower...*sigh*.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 213 - In the past 2 days, I gained 3 pounds aaaaaaaahhhhhhhh, I overate and had a bunch of sweets cause yesterday was my lil sis's birthday. I even had a some cake and a little ice cream today too, I messed up :(. Anyways I want to weigh 205 by September 2nd, is that possible? I have been working out for 30 minutes 5x a week and cutting my cals down to 1200, and letting myself eat whatever I want on saturday and sunday, if that helps any :)

Ht. 4 11, Wt. 245 - hey can anyone help me i am way over weight and i have a beer belly. A real one like it looks like someone but a ball in my shirt. I have fat everwhere else i have to be down to 140 by december my doctor said.in jaunuary my doctor told me to gain a little weight because i weighed 75 pounds so i did and now i can't stop gainning weight.so in 8 months ive gained around 160 pounds can anyone help me my sn is shortyrae8

Ht. 5 something, Wt. 170 - I am overweight and i cannot do sit-ups for my life!!! We have to do it in pe so i don't want to look stupid when i cant even do a stupid sit-up 10 at that so i wanted to know if yall have any tips to give me to hepl me do sit-ups!!!!!

Ht. 5'8, Wt. 170 - Hey, ive read before that waking up earlier in the day can help you lose weight but thats kinda wierd cuz if u wake up later doesnt that mean u will eat less during the day? I wake up at 12 lol i dont know about you guys but its summer, what do you expect?
