Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 - ok 134 days until a four pack . i am going to weigh myself tomorrow to know my starting point. and then im going to run two miles and go to work also when i come home from work im going to do my ab excersizes ..how about yall? what have you done for this? well im out and im gonna go do my ab work out ttyl

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 141 - Hey!! Did you know that dill pickles have between 5-10 calories in them. They are actually negative calories too. They have no fat, sugar, carbs, or anything. I am really happy because I love pickles and thought that I had to give them up while I amdieting but I don't. The only bad part is the high sodium, but mostly they are healthy for you.

Ht. .., Wt. .. - I am so freaking happy , its unbelievable....i've been on my diet for about 4 or 5 months and i use to be a TIGHT 7(which fit on the thigh but not on the hip/waist) and a akward size 9.....but guess what!!!!!!!!!!!!...my goal this summer was to get into a size 5....and YESS i didnt it! well......I'm os happy! i mean ,,5'2 and a size 9...i was getting up there...but im happy now, maybe i'll get down to a size 3 someday, but fro now i'm just glad im a size 5....but if u wanna know what i did , here it goes....i only ate 1200 calories a day...i ate whatever i wanted on sundays....and umm...DIDNT EAT AFTER*! that way u have a limit..if ru tempted late at night , just say.."nope i cant eat after 8, so even if i could have it, i wont".....there ya go...i havent exercised at all..just normal stuff...wow..im gonna start exercising thoug..man i love this site..! Ht. 5.4, Wt. 155 - Some one said that if u do not eat after 5:00 you lose weight faster because your body won't store fat. Does it work? But won't you be skipping supper

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 212.5 - OK, yesterday and the day before I kinda cheated on my diet and didn't exercise, and I gained 3 pounds back that I had lost :( Now I am depressed a little, and kinda lost some motivation. I am going to try to get my act together today though, and continue cutting calories, and I'm gonna work out. Is it normal to be depressed and lose your motivation when this happens, and has this happened to anyone else, cause I kinda feel like a loser???

Ht. 5'10, Wt. 188 - today i started my diet and its going so well! well, i actually started a few weeks ago but i ruined it by eating bad stuff so today is the day!! i started at 196 and im down at 188!! im eating the serving size of things and counting cals and carbs! im starting soccer on mon. and ive been doing crunches and thigh workouts!! lemme know if you have any tips!! Ht. 5'0", Wt. 120 - Yeah, one of my friends is sort of heavy, and she says that she needs to lose 20lbs before school starts. I'm kinda worried, because she DOES need to lose weight *above stats* but I don't want to tell her that yes, she's overweight, she needs to go lose weight. How can I help discreetly?

Ht. 5'2.5, Wt. 176 - hey every1..i did ok today, i got up real late so i waited until lunch. i had a a sandwich it was a pita bread thing in chicken on it, then i had milk, popcorn, then dinner, fish with a few fries, milk, cauliflower, some corn. then wut ruined it was a bluebarry muffin =( well ill do much better 2morrow

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 - ok Ed and Jami for the 135 day abs what have you done today? i am about to do my ab excersizes but i have not ran today because i was at work for nine hours and im tired but tomorrow im going to run before work. and ed im not talking about being completly ripped im just talking about a noticable but not way out there amount of abs you know? well tell me what you guys have done and if any one else wants to do it just say so... also today i ate cereal for breakfast a protein bar for lunch and steak mac and cheese and a baked potatoe for dinner i know ishould have not eaten some of that stuff at dinner but yeah it didnt happen like that well just tell me how every ones doing
