what do i do for exercise in the mean time?

Ht. 5' 4", Wt. 204 - Hey, I cant beilieve it I lost 5 pounds and it only took me 1 week. The secret is DONT EAT AFTER 5pm and your jaw wil drop at how fast you will lose weight.

Ht. 5'5", Wt. 143 - Here is an exercise tip that has been working for me. Take out your favorite cd and pick a few of your favorite songs. Play one of those songs and run in place until the song is over. Sometimes when I run in place, I get tired really quick and stop. So don't stop until the song is over. The song will keep you motivated not to stop until it is over. After the first song, rest for a few minutes and start up with another song. If you feel up to it, try to run for 2 or 3(or more) songs in a row. This method really works for me and now I can keep running in place for like 10-15 minutes. Keep a water bottle on hand, of course!! Let me know if this works for you!

Ht. 5 ft 2in, Wt. 180 but now 171 - I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Happy I was 180 but now I'm 171 I'm SoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOo happy. I did it within like a week to 2 weeks I'm SoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOoOO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!! YEA!!!!!

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 150 - hey all..my goal is to get a four pack by christmas which is 135 days from today im going to accomplish this by running two miles every day and doing abb excersizes every night while i drink plenty of water and watch what i eat ...i was wondering if any one would like to do this with me if you do we can email back and forth or just post our daily workouts on this site ...well just reply if there are any takers..

Ht. 5'2'', Wt. 132 - Hey guys! Ok well heres my story. I eat ALOT. Heres an example of what I ate today, just so you know. Breakfast=Bowl of cereal and 2 cups of granola. Lunch I had...2 chicken patties and a cup of granola again. For snack I had a few cookies and some candies here and there. When I got home from camp I had a few peices of bread from bertuccies. Its SO GOOD. Then I had some cookies. For dinner I had a chicken sandwitch with a diet coke. And I'll prob go to dairy queen tonight and get an icecream. As you can see, I eat a ton. I also play soccer 5 days a week 2 hours a day. I think I should loose about 10 lbs. I have a small body frame so looseing 10 lbs would be safe! But I really dont know what to do or have no motivation. I LOVE food! Anything and everything. You guys seem to have so much motivation and if yall could help me out, that would be great! Thanks

Ht. 5'7, Wt. was 200 now 177 - I just played golf for 1 1/2 and from playing in a golf match yesterday my back hurts so much. Dose anyone know a good exercise to streatch my back out to make it fell better. Plus I feel like im putting weight back on but I know ive been eating better and doing more exercise any adivce?
