Ht. 5'5", Wt. 143 - Hey people! i posted earlier today, but I was researching how to lose weight and I came across a really great way. Its totally healthy and kids can use the diet as well as adults. The diet is called Negative Calories. You can get a book about it called Foods That Cause You to Lose Weight: The Negative Calorie Effect, by Neal Barnard. If you don't want the book, just look up negative calories on google. The whole idea of the diet is that you eat food that takes more calories to burn than it has in it. For example, if you eat a piece of broccoli that has 25 calories, your body needs 80 calories to digest it, so it will take 55 calories out of your body fat. Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 150 - Ok heres everything I ate today, im not going to eat anything else but some gum. Breakfast: honey nut cheerios with yoplait yogurt Lunch: lean quisine Snack: (kinda bad)yogurt with oreo peices in it, thats how it came in the pack and Dinner: grilled chicken with macaroni. My eating habits are getting better and better every day! I have to tell everyone this though, if you finally get to the point where your eating habits are in order, dont go back to your old eating habits. Because once you are back there, its extremely hard to get them right again. Ugh, i should know/

Ht. 5'5, Wt. 209 - hey... so yeah today i had egg and lean ham for breakfast with juice, for lunch i had a small grilled chicken wrap with a side of fruit and a special k bar, later i had smartfood. then for dinner i had a burger with fat free chips...then a popsicle... i stuck to my points and im going to WW tomorro and im down 2lbs yay

Ok first everyone Know DRINK water But I think water gets SO boring and I get tired of drinking nothing...so I drink iced tea and flavored water! They have the Benefits of water but like the iced tea speeds up motabolism and can help fight off cancer..plue both have 0 caloires.....ok next buy sugar free jello. this stuff is AMAZING when you are really craving a snack grab a cup of jello Just 10 tiny calories that can really fight off hunger. Ok next.....I know drinking diet soda isnt very good for you but I have like 5-6 a week! I mean it tastes sweet and no calories! Ht. 5"5", Wt. 190 Goal 150 - I'm athletic, but when I'm not partipating in a sport I can't seem to find the will to run.I tried jump roping instead and I found out I totally suck at it.Does anyone have any ideas?If it helps, I do 250 situps a day,play basketball an hour a day,and lift weights everyday.

Ht. 5"5", Wt. 190 Goal 150 - Alright, today was supossed to be the first day of the rest of my life.I was goin to start eating right, exercising, etc.I know I can eat right.That's no big deal with me.It's the exercise part for me.I'm athletic, even for my size.I'm great at any sport.The thing is, when I don't have to run for a sport, I just can't.I get out of breath real easy.I tried jump roping instead and I just suck at it.Does anyone have any ideas?I want to be fit as soon as possible.If it helps, I work out everyday, play basketball for an hour everyday,and do 250 situps everyday.

Ht. 5'7, Wt. was 200 now 177 - Hi today I eat alot. I went out to dennys I had a Double cheese burger and hash browns.With a Cherry lemonde(drink) then I had some cherry cheesecake. Then for supper I had one grilled chesse sandwich oh and I had a bowl of ceral for breakfist. Though I played golf today right after I eat lunch so I worked off some calories. But I've lost 24 pounds in the past month so im proud of my self. Oh and dose anyone have any tips on how to lose weight in your hips and thighs.
