Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 147 - Ugh, i hate exersizing. Eating healthy isnt that hard but finding the right exersize is. I cant run anywhere because if I go outside, misquitos will attack me and its extremely hot where I am. I can do stretches indoors because I love doing that but how is that gonna make me lose weight? I need to do cardio but I have no where to do it. I could dance in the house to music but I cant do that for 30 minuites straight. Could I dance for a shorter time? Because dancing makes you really tired after about 5 minuites. I ask my dad if we can go to the gym because we have a membership but we still havent gone yet. Im gonna ask him today but I doubt we will go.

Ht. 5'4'', Wt. 155 - This morning I was running on the treadmill and i pushed myself really hard and during the last few minutes of cooling down i got a gut-wrenching pain in my lower stomach and after i finished my workout i had to sit down for a few minutes to ease the pain. Does anyone know what this was and why it happened? I really don't want it to happen again cause it was really painful... any idea would help. thanks.

Ht. 5'0, Wt. 160 - I have been hearing alot about"Negative" calories....True or Un-true? I mean does it really take more calories to eat an apple, or are there more calories in an apple.....because if it takes 100 calories to eat an apple and there are only 60 calories in it that means you burned calories right? So you could just eat and eat and eat apples all day and you would be way under our calorie limit right? Is this true??

Ht. ??, Wt. ?? - tip- whenever you are tempted to eat something bad for you, tell yourself "i am not going to eat that because i really want to lose weight!" while your sayin it picture yourself looking thinner! then if you drink a lot of water and eat something healthy like an apple you wont be tempted to go back to the unhealthy stuff!! honestly i am doing this and it is actually working its really hard at first but im slowly beginning to resist the chocolate!!!
