Ht. 5'9, Wt. 220 - hey guys! well i havent been on here in a long time! ive been working! i got a job at subway. but anyway, i have been going to the YMCA EVERYDAY religiously, working out for an hour or more every day, but i just noticed today that my stomach is starting to get stretch marks!! i already had them on my hips, but never on my tummy..and i hate them so much..i was so glad i never got them there! why am i getting them now..when im losing weight, and what should i do to get rid of them?

Ht. 5'10, Wt. 230 - ok ATTENTION EVERYONE i found the secret ways to successfully lose weight!!! Drink lots and lots of water, try not to drink sodas, no fast food, cut down on what u eat, eat slower, eat a good breakfast, exercise 1-2 hours a day- then u should lose weight.. sound familiar?? we all know what to do, its the doing it that gets us. motivation to do all of it is the hardest thing to do- buy something that u love a lot in a size lower than where u r. thats what i did- and im planning on losing weight- everyone says, ill lose weight during the summer, ill start on monday, or ill wait til next week- these r all excuses- if u want to lose weight, start today, start now, and remember- the first couple weeks r the worst! good luck to all of ya'll!!!!!

Okay so i made a complete lifestyle change i didn't just go on a diet because lets face it once we start eating regular food again your just gonna gain the weight back. I started by cutting out ALL SODA. all i drank was diet soda but still the sugar in the soda is bad for you not to mention since i wasn't drinking soda i was drinking more water. I drink water all day thats all i drink and if i go out i get ice tea with lemon and no sugar. Then at home I stopped snacking all day i found other ways to keep myself occupied (gum mostly lol) and if i really needed to eat i always have fresh watermelon (any fruit will work i just LOVE watermelon and it fills you up cause its almost all water) then i made sure i mesured out stuff like cereal so i was only getting one serving of it. I eat tons and tons and tons of veggies i was never a big meat eater so if i do have some its just a little bit mainly you just have to control yourself and realize that taste is only temporary. I FEEL 100x's better when i eat a really healthy salad or something it just makes me feel refreshed. Im a huge ice cream eater its my fav thing in the whole world so i get ben and jerrys low fat ice cream and measure it out. I get one with chocolate in it for when i need my chocolate fix and its great for "that time of the month" girls lol. I have slipped sooooooo many times of course but i just keep on going. Excersise is soooooo important i do 20- 30 min of intense cardio almost everyday day i miss some days but i try to do it everyday then sit ups on my giant excersise ball then any fun workout things i find in magazines. I also started parking my car FARRRRRRRR away since i live in california we drive everywhere lol so make sure i at least walk the parking lot. Things like that. I dance when i clean or when i just feel like dancing. Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 171 - So for a while i was feeling really good. looking REALLY good, and now i feel horrible and look huge again and im not loosing anymore weight but ive not changed anything.. ugh i dont know what to do im ready to give up and become one of those obese people you see on tv going through a mc donalds drive through telling the camera they dont know how they got that way while they eat 3 big macs.. sigh.. this sucks.. my head hurts its hot.. i just dont know what to do anymore..

Ht. 5'10, Wt. 230 - ok, im gonna try this for a while- when i get up, im usually not very hungry, so ill eat a peice of fruit.... between that and lunch, i will chew about 2 peices of gum, then eat around 160-200 cal. for lunch, and eat a peice of fruit, then more gum until dinner- ive done it for the past couple of days and been drinking 1 gal. or more on water and 2 cups of milk- will that help me lose weight?
