Ht. 5'0, Wt. 137 - well i used to want rock hard legs but its too hard so screw it im getting a six packand i want my arms to be muscular like when im not even flexing you can see the mussels.i'll try eating more healthier. and drink more water. comments please.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 171 - okay so i just had 3 boiled eggs and some fruit and 2 things of water today..but i dont know what to do everytime i eat i feel like im gonna throwup afterwards..like i ate wayyyy to much but all i had was some eggs and fruit? my body hates me! lol ugh

i have been trying to lose 10 lbs (right now thats my goal so i dont over whelm myself) its been a stuggle. I have already lost 10 lbs and im guessing im at the plataue but i sure as hell wish not to be at it. I was just asking what are some tricks i could used to stay focused and determined to eat right and excercise EVERYDAY???

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 146 - Ha, im eating and my dog is standing right beside me staring at me. She always wants what im eating lol. Well anyway, Im eating a small sausage bisquit with cheese. I know its bad but its my 3rd small meal of the day and I cant find anything else to eat lol. 2morrow i'll do better

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 146 - I know that this wasnt too good but this is what i ate today. BREAKFAST: doritos with propel LUNCH: ham, cheese, mayo, and mustard sandwhich. And for dinner, Im having vegetable soup with grilled cheese sandwhiches. I know its not too good but I will do better tomorrow.

Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - okay is this good? i did 100 sit ups on each side to work my love handles and then i did 200 regular sit ups and then 100 reverse sit ups ( u lay on ur back and put ur legs at a 90 degree angle then pull them to chest and back) i did the regular sit ups with weights and then i danced with weights in my hands making sure to use my arms and then i did that thing where you hold the weights and punch out with one arm and pull it back and then do it again with the other. Then i jump roped for 20 mins. I'v eaten 360 calories today do u think i burned them off? well im gonna excersize more.

Ht. 5'4", Wt. 210 - Today was my first day on Weight Watchers. I went under on my points, but that's because I woke up late. Anyway, I'm just wondering how I did. BREAKFAST: 1/2 cup plain oatmeal and a salad with lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumber, etc. and fat free italian dressing. LUNCH: A sandwich, made on wheat bread, turkey breast, lots of veggies and mustard, some Yoplait 99% fat free yogurt, and a bottle of Propel water. DINNER: Chicken breast(I know, not that much, but I wasn't hungry) DESSERT: A banana and cantelope with some fat free whip cream(20 calories per serving and 0 points) So, how'd I do? and can I do anything to improve? Thanks.
