Ht. 5'3", Wt. 145 - alright there are 5 weeks until school starts and i wanna lose 15 pounds it would take all of those 5 weeks to lose 10 pounds if i lose 2 a week but if i lose 3 a week i can lose all of my weight. Is it healthy to lose 3 pounds a week i dont want to lose any muscle.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. st 185 now 171 - So i woke up this morning "refreshed" after my run in with chocolate cake last night. Oops. Anyways i need to get back on track, i have a month to lose 15 pounds. (yes it is possible to do and i dont starve myself or anything like that) Im gonna add an extra 10-20 minutes of cardio a day because my weight is still at a standstill and NOTHING is making it bugde. Gonna Eat my veggies and fruits and down water like a mad man. Wish me luck. <3

Ht. 5'1, Wt. 172 goal: 157 - Omfg...... I have been out all day i ate food but as soon as i got home i starting eating a whole bunch!! i srewed up all the exercise i did by eatin when i got home and its 9:45 at night im not going to exercise! :(

Ht. 5'6", Wt. 148 - i have gained ALOT of weight at campp... 6 pounds to be exact. I am planning on going on a raw food diet that I heard aboout in prevention mag. That means fruits, veggies, eggs, salads, etc.... wish me luck!

Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 146 - Today I ate some waffles for breakfast. I know it was bad but my mom had to go back to work today so I decided to cook breakfast. And right now, its 1:30 so Im eating half of a chicken, ham, and cheese sandwhich. Its really small. I decided to eat many small meals a day and not 2 big meals a day.
