Ht. 5'2, Wt. 195 - i have a huge problem, okay i started weight watchers last wednesday... and i did do pretty good, until saturday mind the fact that i got my period, i went out to the olive garden bc it was my moms bday, i got say pasta dish and i only ate half of it and didnt even bother to bring home, for desert i had some fruit thingy, which was really good and me and my mom shared it, so i was still doing good... and my mom even bout me the new harry potter book, which i finished today and i dont want to ruin for ne one but have a box of tissues near u toward the last 100 pages or so, any way ever since then i cant stop eating i have cravings for food but i dont even no what i want, and even after i eat i always feel hungry, i always have a full glass of water with me, but i never drink it... can any one please help me.... ps im goin to weight watchers tommorow night (tuesday)... we have guests commin on wed.... so ill let u no how i did.. please wish me luck and help

Ht. 5,4, Wt. 196lbs - Hey everyone!!! aaaaa iv been overweight since iv been at leat 6 and im now 13!!!! i dont want 2 go out doors caz i feel reli embrassed. i dont want 2 buy clothes caz im soooo fat. i hav loads of friends and dont get teased that much. but there are the occasional. how can i lose 4 stone!!!! plz reply im so depressed!! Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 140 - hey well i been eatin ok like...a fruit or eggg in the morn a sandwich @lunch (whole grain bread),and at dinner basically w/e my mom kooks (its not bad) but i snak :(!i usually snk on a small salad or alota fruit or vegeies!i no the fruits & veggies r healthy but i think i may eat too much of them snaking ,wat do u think?

Ht. 5'3, Wt. 164 - This is my problem.. I want 2 lose weight and i dont kno how. I am very athletic, i play soccer and basketball, and i do 100 crunches, 10 prush-up holds,50 regular push-ups and i only have 1 coke a day. but it seem's like every time i do exercise i seem 2 gain weight.. plz e-mail me at kandygirl2214@aol.com if u have any tips cuz i really dony kno wat 2 do.And i am very muscular and i think that has something 2 do with my weight but i dont kno how 2 lose the fat!

Ht. 5'0, Wt. 135 - im in 8th now and mostly in 6th grade was when i got made fun of being fat. they would say mean things like i had a big but and stuff. it hurt my feelings. and all these mean things that people said to me made me depressed im not kidding i have depression and ive been depressed since 6th grade. usually people dont say that stuff anymore only every once in awhile like this one girl called me tonight and goes have u ever heard of jenny craig shes a weitloss person and u should use her. it hurt my feelings. i dont cry as much as i used to. i think it's because ive learned how to handle myself. anyway im loosing weight for a couple reasons. im loosing it for myself to feel good,look good,and be confident. i also wanna loose it for other people i no thats bad but listen im loosing it for them so when i become pretty ... Ht. 5'3'', Wt. 147 - Hey, its me again. I think I might have an eating disorder. Either that or I dont eat a lot. See, its like this. I will eat breakfast but it wont be much at all. Like, this morning I had just a little bit of yogurt that didnt even fill me up. Then when it gets to be lunchtime, Im hungry. But I just dont want to eat anything. Then, but about 2:00 or 3:00 pm, Im really really hungry and my stomach is growling like crazy. I still don't want to eat but I eat a little something just to make my stomach shut up. I mean, I absalutly love food though. I don't know if I'm developing an eating disorder or Im just getting into the habit of not eating alot.

Ht. 5'4, Wt. 155 - I give up!!i get clothes once every two years and now this year i get new ones... its gonna take me 3 months to get to my goal weight and by that time i will have already bought my clothes HOW AM I GONNA LOSE WEIGHT IF I HAVE NO CLOTHES TA FIT IN AFTER WARD? Ht. 5', Wt. 135 - well my plan was to work out everyday for two weeks and eat healthy meals with no snacking. okay well i woke up at like 3:30 today so i skipped breakfast and lunch and im gonna have a healthy dinner but i don't think i can do my full workout at the gym. do you think if i just do like 50 sit ups that would be good? and did i do okay today? i no i havent eaten anything yet and thats bad

Ht. 5'2, Wt. 136 - hey, i just realized i have been coming to this site for 3 years. for the past 3 years my weights gone up and down. it never stayed consistantly.i need to lose about 15 pounds. but i just never seem too. i am not going to try any miracle diets or lose 10 pounds in 3 days thing. i think the problem with why kids (including me) are overseight is because we never stick to a routine. we excercise for 2 days then forget or tell ourselves ill do it tommorrow then inevitably we start gaining weight. and we wonder why we are fat. i know there are a lot of people in the same boat i am. im sure i speak for all of them when i say i am sick of worrying about what people think when they see me or wondering if i look fat in particular clothes or wondering how many calories i have to burn off because i ate that cookie....
