hey everyone! well this morning i woke up pretty late! like 11:00 and grabbed a yogurt smoothie of 80 cals... my friends called and i hopped across the street to meet them at the beach, we went for pizza, i had one slice but it was one of the big ones, then i had a donut, and a srawberry, banana ice cream. later i had like 5 grapes and some grilled chicken. i was doing SOOOOOO good until i got with my friends! gosh does anyone else do this????

ok well for 1 week i waz doing like really good and i didnt eat any sweets and i waz exercising and stuff, and then 1 day i just slipped up and now it seems like i cant spend one day w.o attacking the cookie jar constanslty...i dont no wut is wrong w/ me its just like i cant stop myself from eating so much...i havent been gaining weight or anything which is surprising but w/e......tommmarow im gonna make a great attempt to get bac on track and hopefully i will...like before i waz so moviated and now im just not....i dont wanna go back to being like i used to....tommaro im goin on a 2 mile run..i went on a 3 mile yesterday and running is like the only thing i can do really well at the moment due my failer of eating...can u guys please help me i no u will!! thanks guys i luv u!!

Its friday.. the weekends are hardest.. but i know everyone will do great.. I have had a pretty rough last 2 weeks.. but today i stopped everything..so i got back on track today. This morning i had whole wheat french toat with a banana and a little fat free sugar free syrup Lunch i had a 6 inch subway.. honey oat bread.. turkey breat lots and lots of veggies lil bit of cheese and mustard.. and now im drinking a jama juice for my snack .. its all fruit.. i also got a burner boost in it to help me burn some extra cals.. well hope everyone is doing good today and goodluck this weekend..<333

2 things.. 1st I need to do a lot better with my diet!! tomorrow I am going camping with my best friend and her family.. we are gonna eat, but then I'm gonna go back to my REALLY strict diet.. 2nd thing is I'm am going away the end of this month.. And were I am going I don't have a computer. I don't think I can do it alone.. Idk what to do... :( comment me back w/ advice please.. <3 megan

hi i know this has nothing to do with weight loss but i woke up this morning and noticed a little lump under each of my armpits and i also noticed wat i think is a lump in each of my breasts. i looked at a breast cancer website and it said the lumps are signs and so are underarm lymph nodes. i am only 14 but there is a history of breast cancer in my family. could i have breast cancer?

How does this sound?: breakfast-an apple with light n fit yogurt, snack- a bagel and a tiny yogurt smoothie (lol I love yogurt)lunch-a turkey sandwich with romaine lettuce substituting the bread, carrots, and chex mix 100 calorie pack, afternoon snack-gatorade and chocolate chip crisp 100 calorie pack. Is that okay?
