hey everyone.. I'm not new here, about 2 years ago i came to this site and lost about 20 pounds. I've gotten a lil bit taller but i did gain some of that weight back. I am 5'4 and 140 i dont think that i am huge or anything but i would like to at least get down to 125-130. this is what i had to eat today.. rate it please Breakfast- 3/4 cup of fruity pebbles 1/2 cup of skim milk 150cals snack- 3/4 cup of fruit loops 1 cup skim milk 170cals lunch- turkey italian 150-200cals snack-kudos bar and 7 crackers 170 cals dinner-2 bites pastrami sandwhich,potatoes 320 cals 2 spare ribs, corn on the cob a lil margerine is this too much???

I have a question. You are sposed to eat alot of fuirts and veggies. So does that mean you can eat as much as you want? Also what do ya'll think is the best fruits/veggies to eat?? thankya and good luck! hope evvryone is doing great!! :)<333

i just wanted to say that everyone here is freaking awesome and i love you all!!!.. you guys have no idea how much better i feel when i come here.. its like a place to vent!.. haha and oh for those of you who read my last post.. california rolls are sushi not bread.. its rice rapped in seaweed and it had crab and veggies in the middle .. anyways.. today i had 1 cup of whole bran cereal and a banana.. for lunch i had a pida with lettus and cheese.. ugh but then i ate those damn cookies again.. thier killing me!.. haha jeeeze i just have to be careful of what i eat tonight.. hope everyone is doing superfantastic today...<33

hey everyone i havent been doign so wel.. my mom has staret dbuyign junkfood again adn its killign me and alsosicn ei dotn have soccer nemore im not excersizing.. im hoping when scvhool gets out thsi firday ill start with my exrecise plan which is- runnign everday for as logn and as hard as i can, my toning for teens workout adn ten go to curves if my mother goes.. is that good?.. also i will eb following a very and i mean very strict diet over the summer. i want to be doen to 140 by the end of the summr - i weigh 170 now i think if i work really hard it will be done.... does that sound liek a good plan?

Alright, a few things here... First off, I'd like to know: After I get down to a weight I'm comfortable with, how do I maintain it? With my current eating and excersizing habits I am losing weight. Once I'm at my goal I don't want to keep losing...I want to maintain it. Secondly, I'm going to a few places this summer where temptation could be high. At the end of this month I am going to Las Vegas for a week. There's alot of buffet's we're going to! But, I think we're walking everywhere so thats alot of walking and burning of calories. Also, in August we are going on a cruise. If you've been on a cruise, you know about this...but if you havnt let me tell you...theres a ton of food available to you at any hour of the day. Hey guys, me and my pal (both girls) have had a "fitness club" for a while but no matter what we do we just can't seem to loose the weight! I am 5'4 and weigh 148lbs and my friend is 5'2 and weighs 138lbs, all we want to loose is 20 to 25 lbs but as y'all know, its so hard and we've been trying on and off for a while! we have decided that this is our last chance! hi. has anyone ever heard of a playstation and xbox game called yourself fitness? Well i went out and bought it like a week ago and im already starting to see changes in my body. The game stars a virtual personal trainer named MAYA who sets up a weight loss regime for you including low fat/low cal recipes and workouts. K everyone careful with the green tea thing I know it helps with digestion or whatever. But my mom has been drinking it for quite awhile now, and suddenly her intestine started um getting bigger or something. She went to the doctor, and the doctor said it was the green tea, it was bad for her stomach causing something something cant remember exactly, so it got big....so just be careful guys...

I'm in such a good mood! Ok yesterday went to the pool and ran into sum friends and I got so many compliments! I was just laying in the water and my tummy was just as flat as both of my very tiny friends! It was awesome! But yea weighing in today I was 161.5, down a 1/2 since yesterday but ugh I still don't like it. I'm really focused today tho. I got up and hiked 1 1/2 miles, came home, banana for breakfast, took my green tea pill, and its bout lunch time now and I'm munching on a 100 cal pack until I figure out what else I want. Well good luck u guys! Just keep ur head in the game! I know u can do it! Remember ask urself if u get tempted is it really worth it! Stay Strong ya'll! *muahz*

zone bars are 2 expensive so I can't buy them... I really don't know what to do.. My weights like a fregin yo- yo.. i'm better off not eating at all.. I think thats what i'm gonna do, who cares what happens!
