sry for posting (agian) but i have another question...ok well right now i can run about 1 1/2 staright...but late this August i am joining a cross country team at school (it starts in mid-august) and the coach is gonna make us run like 5 miles....so yeh how do i work up to that? Also in July i am goin to a overnight camo for a week and when i get that i am most likely gonna haffta start all over again! UUGH!! can any 1 help me?

I have been running on a treadmille for the past 3 days and run a mile each time i dont have a scale though, would i be losing weight? i havnt been eating badly so thats not a factor

Hi eervyone. LOL i no i deff. lost 5 pounds. I dont no what was wrong with my scale yesterday but i did change the batteries and weighed myslef on a differnt scale adn got the same: 150. so im down 5 pounds in the first week! woohoo!!! :) <33

hey there guys!! My friend Ocry, u guys most likely all no her, shes the really nice advice giver lol....well today she left for flordia and shes goin be there since Sunday night, so she wont be posting until then....i just thought i would inform u lol...well so yeh today waz the ice crem party where us yearbook staff got to see the yearbook..and i ate slightly atomicaly lol so yeh im gonna do good for the rest of the day...i had tons of cookie dough ice cream w/ topping and 2 small cookies...i am aware..horrible...so im gonna go for a run and such and eat heathfully....ok well over and out

How many of you think it's easier to lose weight when your in school or on break. I think school because usually I have to wake up and what not and when i eat i can't eat too much because then i'll be late and look like a mess. Then at lunch you only have a desginated time and then when you come home, usually i'll hit the gym or i'll have some sport and then supper comes...what about you??

hey guys, this is something i picked up as motivation, and kind of a reality check.. it really took things into perspective... the concept of weight was being talked about. I was reading off of the internet.. and it said something about how you never ever see any elderly (old) people who are obese/very overweight.... their bodies can't take the weight.. doesn't that make u think? i wanna live a long life, and that really makes me think of how i need to be healthy.. sry if random.. lol

hey guys, how is everyone doing!! I just got done doing the treadmill and i feel great!! I ran on the treadmill to my song, Don't Phunk With My Heart, on my ipod!! For the people who need motivation, get a pair of nice pants and hang them up so everyday you see them. Get it in your goal size. that will motivate you. (I got mine from gucci, a size 6 and i almost fit into them.) Hey, that post that what just put up, my cousin was on my computer and did that. i was like, you wierdo. because she is skinny, thats why she wrote that

Hey I'm a 5' 3" male and I am trying to lose 25 pounds. I am currently at 150, and I want to get down to about 125. Do you guys think 125 is a healthy weight for a 17 year old male who is 5' 3"? I am built pretty small, so I was even thinking of getting down to 120. I would like to lose most of this weight over the summer, and by posting my weight periodically I hope that I can keep on track with losing the weight!

theres this "sparkling water" with strawberry flavor for 99 cents at walgreens, and it says it has 0% in everything...does that mean i can drink as much as i want of it?? cuz it makes me full really fast! lol....it does have flavoring of course, but does that effect your weight at all??

:( I was looking at pictures from when I was little... I was still a FAT kid.. AND it's really depressing.. I do so good for a while... Then I screw up.. and all my hard work goes down the drain.. I was looking at a picture from 2 summers ago.. I almost had a flat stomach.. I was 132 ish... Then In no more than 2 months I was 170 again.. All my hard work was wasted. .What took me 5 months was all back in 2.. It's happening again and Idk what to do.. I'm wickid depressed.. Andbody have any ideas.. thanx.. <3 megan

Sorrry me again lol. Today i did a walk away the pounds 2 mile video thing and i felt great. do you guys htink i should do that eevryday (maybe even twice a day) ride my bike a mile, then when my Toning for Teens book comes in ill do that too. The thing is should i do all this or stick to my orignial w/ the treadmill for 15-25 mins. (i think i get a better work out with walk away the punds but with the tread i sweat more) Thanks guys and good luck w. diets adn goals!!! :) <33
