Dear Miss K, Ally, emis, and samsie,
They could be better than zone perfect bars because they are lower cals. but the zone bars have 15 vitamins and minerals!! I got them at target. they might have them at any health food store or grocerie store or where ever you got the zone bars!! samsie, that is so funny!! what is the language? i don't think it is greek because i speak greek so.. but not sure!!

I just ate about 4 slices of dominoes pizza, a mcflurry and maybe 5 or 6 zeppoles from my town's carnival. And somehow I dont feel guilty at all. This is the first time ever I think. I don't kno if thats a good or bad thing. Tomrw I am going to try to eat a lot healthier tho. <3<3
oh btw I ran 9 miles yesterday! 9! Thats a lotttt. maybe thats why I dont feel guilty hahah. who knowsss

Hey guys.. I wanted to know if I ate okay.. I've never wrote what I eat on here.. For breakfast It was late 11:00 b-fast.. lol.... I was sick so I stayed home from school... Um.. I ate A regular fat free bagel with fat free cream cheese.. And A fat free banana cream yogurt.. how'd I do.. Anybody have any advice for me today.. I coul use some to keep me going.. <33 megan

hey everyone!! I found a new bar theat is good to that is for breakfast!! It has a lot of protien and fiber and is only 140 cals!! Its GOLEAN, (Kashi)!! It is so good and is pretty big!! it works well so i wanted to share that with you guys!! Good luck, hope i helped everyone!! Mia

Hey guys.... I use to post on this website back when I was 14, and I was really determined to lose weight. I was at 180 and by the time i got out of 8th grade I had lost 25 lbs...(ya i know it took a really long time for me) Well now that I just got out of 9th grade I'm back up at 180, and none of it is muscle weight. So I try to eat right, and I dont have any unhealthy snacks in my cupboard, but whenver im hungry I can't stop eating. I will have eaten about 2 hours ago and than im hungry again, and of course being introduced into an environment with tons of candy and sweets in the vending machine for just 75 cents I lost control. All of the weight I lost came back, and now I've been "dieting" for the whole 2nd semester and I never budge. I just was downstairs trying to do some situps, push ups, and a bit of weight lifting which back in 8th grade was a lot easier, I can't do it at... (view more)

yesterday i ate a banana for brekfast (60 cal), a yogurt for snack (60), an apple for lunch (65), 1/2 a whole wheat beagle with light cream cheese and jelly for supper (175), and one serving of green beans (??) and then had a 100 cal pack for desert and 2 jellos. I walked/ ran on the tredmill for about 45 min and the played 9 holes of golf (about -500) I know this doesnt sound like enough food because i had about 600 cals total and worked off about 500 of them... but i was full and not hungry.... HELP AM I BEING HEALTHY?!

well I'm going up to visit my boyfriends parents for the weekend so its really going to test my will power if they take us out to eat. Anybody know anything about how bad red meat is for you on a diet?? I know chicken is better but I just love steak. Anyways...I'm down another 1/2lb today so I was happy. I just got a bikini i ordered from VS and I tried it on last night...definitely looked soooo fat in it but it gave me more motivation to keep doing well and exercise more so I can wear it on my cruise in August and not feel like I shouldn't be wearing it. Hey guys..well as you all know, it's summer time and really hot so i couldn't help myself today...you can guess the rest lol...neways, this is what i plan to eat tomorrow. Breakfast-One egg on nut/wheat toast, mixed blueberries and raspberries, and a cup of tea. Lunch-Turkey wrap w/ lettuce, turkey, cheese, and a slight amount of mayo. Snack-Fruit of some kind (depends on my mood). Dinner-Probably grilled chicken w/ some fresh veggies. I'll make sure i have lots of water throughout the day too...so how do you think i'll do if i follow that tomorrow?
