Ok so day 3....I had such a bad day so I tried really hard all day not to eat just b/c i'm upset...anyways so lets see for breakfast i had my normal egg whites, 2 pieces of light toast w/light margarine and strawberries and blueberries then for a snack i had a plum, then lunch i had a bbq chicken wrap and squash, rice cakes and then for dinner caeser salad and a grilled chicken panini (the bread was pretty bad for me but i only ate 3/4 of it. Now i'll probably have some fruit for dessert. Ugh i'm kinda regretting the big dinner but still not bad considering the horrible day i had

You think your craving is a lack of willpower, but what you've really got is a chemical imbalance.." I don't know how true that is, but it seemed true enough to me. This other one seemed really good too. "I want you to think about why you're overweight. But let me save you a lot of time: The reason you're fat is that you give more to other people than you give to yourself, because you don't feel you're worth it." I really believe this. Even if we are teens, and don't have the responsibilities that most adult do, we still need to take care of ourselves. ok, its crazy cold in germany, like 45F, totally frozen, and as a result I am once again "ekeltert" (got a cold). But thats not what i came here to say. Ok, so I havent been here in FOREVER! I changed host families and now Im at a house which is TOTALLY awesome, but i dont have as much computer access as before, so Ive been out of touch for a while. My apologies! I have still been struggling with my weight- i havent lost anything, but i havent gained anything, which is quite the feat for an exchange student, most who gain between 15 and 30 lbs over the year! But i think my problem is that i cant find any motivation! So today i was shopping with some friends and i found a pair of pants the i love, and i thought, HEY, motivation! So i bought them in a size that is too small, im a 10/12 and they are 8. So i figure that could work... and if not, they only cost me 10, so its not that big of a loss! ok, good to be back, love to have all of your input!

Hey guys..I just thought of a healthy snack alternative. Mini fruit cabobs. What you do is pick some berries (my favorites are raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries) and if they are a bigger fruit (like strawberries) then cut them up into cubes. Then you can place them on toothpicks and enjoy lol. Also, today I did great on my diet. Breakfast-Slimfast breakfast bar (i just eat them durin school days)Lunch-A few bites of fruit salad, carrots, one small pack of fat free fruit snacks and water. Snack-Yogurt and handfull of nuts. Dinner-Small piece of chicken, chicken salad (thats the only thing i think that i had that is bad cuz of the fat) and water. Normally I have more fruit and veggies but today i didn't get that hungry so oh well.

What do most of you do for fitness?? My fitness routine has been going great and i lost about 2 and a half pounds not much but i only started June 1 so that good. I want to know because i'd like to do different things on monday and tuesday not the same machines with a different program ex. elpical one day will be manual then next hills. Something like that and of course i don't have to be at the gym and sometimes i'd like not to be 1. it could be crowded 2. hot 3. wonderful outside...well you get the picture bye!

liike orcy said its bathing suit season !!! nd iim freaking out lol i really want to look better than last summer!! last summer it was horrible lol. . . . my sis which is healthier nd me sayin that shes skinny lol she was tanning outside nd she told me to come with her nd i did nd i tried on one of her old bathin suits which was like a tankini or sumthan , , cause my bathin suits were one pieces nd neways my mom nd my sis were like yah u really lost alot of weight. . my only real self concious part of my body is my tummy nd it bothers my soOo much lol neways i guess i acually looked good in a way but not awesome! by the end of this summer i wish to acomplish flitenin my stomach =] neways wen i get my new bathin suit i hope i have good luck:)

Ok so lots of my messages are missing (deleted most likely), maybe I said something wrong... so umm, the upper part of my body(waist up)is ok but my butt and thighs are big, my butts's big and my thighs are quite big, I'm the kind that gets big in certain places and not in other places, so how can I get my butt to be smaller because that's the reason I can't wear skirts. Help me out here pls!

inez, im writing this here because i don't no if you'll keep reading responses to your old post but i don't think your getting to many calories..calories are really hard to count and you should focus mainly on just eating healthy cuz its probably easier..also its good to not eat unless your stomach is growling but maybe not wait til growling, judge your hunger on a 1-10 and if its a 5-6 have a litle snack, and if its higher your obviouslyt starving so fill up on something healthy like veggies and whenever you fill hungry drink a lot of water because it will make you feel full and curb cravings.. aslo chewing gum can prevent you from eating and its boosts your metabolism a little to help you lose an additional 10ish lbs. a year!

Hi, Everyone, Ok, if you guys want to lose a size in 3-4 weeks, and get muscle, not like hulk muscle, but muscle toned body! Anyway try toning for teens its a book, you guys can buy it at barnes and noble, for about $15, and you have to buy thumbells buy 2,5,8 two of each, and the book gives you a diet you can follow and stuff! I've tried it and it worked for me i lost a size in 3 weeks, am still doing the work out, and i'll be thin by the end of summer, do the work out every day. The work out consists of one day you do biceps, triceps, back, chest and so on, and the next day you do abs, legs, thighs and so on...K hope I helped.
