I was having such a great day. and a great week eating wise. I don't understand why all the sudden I just ate a ton of food a minutes ago. Ugh I'm so miserable now. i really don't understand why all the sudden I decided to pig out when I knew it woud mess up my diet and make me unhappy. I really think I have a problem. sighhh

Ugh I feel so bad! I hate weekends! Ugh yea I went to the movies last night and then pizza and candy and pop and popcorn and ugh. In short up 3 lbs. Gross Gross Gross! Ya know whats even more sad? Now I'm not in my healthy weight range nemore. Only by a pound but still. I havn't been in the 160's for awhile now. 162 to be exact. Grrr... Ugh I know if I get back on track today I can probably get to 160 for tomorrow. Well wish me luck, (I'll definetly need it!) Oh yea I forgot to ask, has neone used those cellulite lotions, and do they work? Thanx!

Alright well done w/my first day of my diet....tell me what you think....breakfast - half of an orange lunch - salad and 3 chicken bites (baked not fried) and half of orange snack - carrot sticks dinner - hamburger no bun, little bit of mashed potatos, salad and broccoli and i figure for desert i'll have some strawberries and coolwhip lite...so any suggestions on what to change. I've been trying to drink water too...so far i've had 32 ounces. I always do so well in the begining and then just one day just totally pig out...ugh i really can't do that this time

YUM.. we just wen't to burger king.. I got a regular salad with fat free honey mustard dressing.. It was wickid good.. I've been doing really good for 2 weeks now.. I know this weekend I'm gonna mess up though.. My best freind is turning 16 and were going camping so we will be eating places.. but I' wont over do it.. and then the next day I'll be back to my strict diet.. <33 megan

What's up people? My goal is to run an eight minute mile. I have planned how I want to do this and have set aside time for exercise during the day. i can run a 9min, 6 sec mile now. Once I reach my goal, I might aim for a 7 min 30 sec mile. Who knows? BTW, I've decided that after two weeks of doing what I said I would, I will reward myself with a mani-pedi. I think we should all reward ourselves without food every week or two for doing what we said we would. It's total motivation. P.S. Ditch the scales, they are so 80's! AS LONG AS I DO WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE, I WILL REACH MY GOAL Remember that, and you're good to go!
