ok well to go with the not eating any more junk AT ALL rule lol ive decided that if i eally want to lose weight i'll have to exercise so i did an hour on the exercise bike and took the dog a 25 min walk around where i live and then up a big hill to get home, im gonna walk her again after tea. is that enough exercise for a day? heres what i have eaten- bfast= a massive bowl of coco pops (that was b4 i made the vow to not eat junk lol), lunch=2 slices of wholegrain ryvita spread with lurpak, some lettuce, 3 small tomatoes and 4 thick slices of cucumber, tea= chicken caeser salad (the caeser salad dressing which comes int he kit has A LOT of fat and calories in it so im going to use some we already have which only has about 70 cals per serving and like 0.2g of fat. ive also been drinkin a lot of water. is this ok? sum1 plz reply! xx

Hey guys. Well here it goes. Breakfast-Special K cereal with banana. Lunch-Slimfast bar, handfull of nuts, and half a sandwhich. Snack-Watermelon. For dinner i'm gonna have a small piece of grilled pork with asparagus and some more watermelon. Also i've had alot of water throughout the day. So how'd i do? Oh and i'm prolly gonna go out and jog 1 mile tonight (if it stops raining)

ok guys..this week was awful, i ate soo0 bad like all week. especially yesterday, and i havent excersiced since like last friday..eek..luckily i remain in the 150's (still 159)..i only gained about .4 lbs. soo, thats good. we all have our bad weeks. the only problem is, this wednesday im going to florida..so im probably going to eat a ton. a least there will be a lot of waling. but im not eating any junk food till then, so wish me luckA!@

ok well i didnt do wonderful today but i dont think i did that bad, just tell me what you think..brek: a wheat bagel with 1 egg white and 1 whole egg, and like, 1/2 a peace of cheese..then for lunch i had a zone bar and a pickle (lol i no werid)..then for snack i had a 100 cal. pack and for dinner im having turkey burgerrs..so yeah i didnt do that great but tell me what you thinkl

darnit!! are fruits rely that bad b/c i thought fruits adn veggies were real good to eat. mon,tues,wednes i had veggies then thurs, fri, sat i had a ton of fruit...is that bad? (mostly grapes, cantalope and honeydew)

Alright..i did SO bad this week and now its sat. and the last time i exercised was monday :(..i have been so busy w/ the pressure of school work and stuff that i havent been exercising and just eating..like unmm for exanple yesterday i got home, had a bagel w/ cream cheese, then i went to the movies and had a large diet coke, a whole box of cookie dough things thats like 400 cals, and a few handfuls of popcorn.......then i went over my friends house and had a lean pocket and i 100 cal pack.....i amso ate a full lunch and dinner...lol so yeh that waz basically my week...full of junk...i did drink water though lol...So today i am gonna do wicked good and all this week and im goin for a run today...and i hav riding for 3 hours i'm goin on a trail ride! tough terrian woot woot cant wait!!! how did i so so far: breakfast::a lil bowl of special kay cereal and a banana//lunch: a fruit salad thing and a 100 cal pack and a piece of string cheese. the only thing is i havent had anything to drink all day. if u do drink 8 8oz things of water a day does it rely help you loose weight?? cus i have been doing that but i dont like it that i have to pee alllll the time. But ne ways im gonna do iit so i can peel off these pounds..HAHa (sorry its sorta long tell me how i did))) me<3

hey is a boost diet safe?.....im thinkin bout tryin it ...it doesnt seem that bad all you do is diet everday and then you pick 1 day out of the week and make it a day that you eat normally but not binge

Hey guys.. i weighed myself again today i was 177. and last wed. i was 182. hopefully its just my body jumpstarting cause i only started working out and stuff again 2 weeks ago. i just dont want to lose it to fast.. Oh and the workout balls are amazing... i do 200-300 crunches on them everynight and you can deff feel it in the morning.. well hope everyone is having a good day <3 bye bye

well i have got 12weeks so 3 months til i go to ibiza. i orginally started dieting in january and lost 10lbs, then in feb couldnt be bothered any more or in march, but in april i kinda started again, may lol nah i dint do it then so now well from monday i am going to be on exactly what i was doing in january. but until then this is gona b ma weekend of eatin things i want cuz i wont have them again for over 3 months. for example the time is now 10.06am for breakfast i have just eaten 200g of galaxy, i feel guilty but i also no i am walkin 5 miles today to go cinema and back. ah well i no that i lack motivation but since jan altogether i have lost 14lbs so it still makes me a little lighter, atm my stats are 5'8 and 180lbs and i really want to be 133lbs by the time i am 16 which is in november, prolly wont get there by then but i am going to try this time, well again lol bubi

ok so its 11.58am and i have just made a vow to myself that nothing unhealthy is ever going to pass my lips again (well not till ive lost 20lbs) im so sick of being fat and yet that doesnt stop me from reaching in to the cupboards or the fridge non stop all day! i am not going to eat badly again untill i have lost the weight i swear. grr im so angry at myself for giving up 2 weeks ago when id been doing so good iv put back on nearly 4 of the 7lbs i lost god im fo f***ing angry!! im also angry at myself because im 2 lazy 2 exercise god i have a exercise bike in my room and i still cant seem spend 2 minutes on it. im really going to try though because i sooooo want to get down 2 119lbs in 2 months and 2 weeks so i have exactly 20lbs 2 lose is this possible? plz reply also if any1 has any tips other than drinkin water and chewin gum to stop myself piggin out plz post them thnx x

im pretty sure i lost 3 pounds!! Im usually 155 only once i got on teh scale i was 152 and i usually weigh myself constantly all day long (like evrytime i go to the bathroom) so i decided one morning i would weigh my self adn wouldnt get on the scale for 3 days. (i no its only 3 days but i cant help myself) So that morning i was 155.5 and i weighed myself this mornng amd i was 152!!! :):)
