Anyone here try pilates before?...not necessarily windsor but just any pilates? because i just bought a pilates DVD and i hope it will be effective and that i will quickly see results!!!...please respond ASAP...and tell me if it worked for you or not??

Hello Everyone!!..As ya know my name is amber. Im a freshmen at High School this Year, and well weight is a big issue at my school. To be blunt...All my friends are overweight...and well till about 3 weeks ago, i was very happy with being 210lbs at the age of 15...Until me and my best friend got in a huge fight..Well i know this may sound Horrible for someone to say..But she always told everyone i was bigger than her, she always brought me down...Well now i want to beat her at her own game..and show her that i can lose weight!!...So My goal is to lose 50lbs in 5 months, i have invested in a treadmill, and i have 2 5lbs weights, Yes thats not much but i...NEED HELP!...Please help!! I want to be THIN! Any tips, or incouragement would be great!

omg im so mad at myself i had like lots of bread today and 5 oatmeal cookies ugg i feel sick and mad at myself but i think i'll be learning from this experiance...i'm never eating another cookie again and mi never having peanut butter and jelly again its making me sick to my stomach writing this ugggg lol

Hey guys! I hope everyones mini vktion is going well! I get 4 days off from school! Okay well, I'm about to unleash some extreamly good motivation that will get everyone loosing weight. (Its helping me). Okay well, in a post earlier, someone said to go to freedieting.com and use the daily caloric needs caculator. I used it and found out how many calories I would be able to eat if I weighed 115 lbs and 5'2'' with exercising 4-5 days a week. I understand these caculators are not COMPLEATLY accurate, but you can get an idea. So anyways, it said I could eat around 1800, but I yanked it down to 1700. It said, eat that for a week, and if you loose weight, bump it up to 1800 and if you gain weight, bump it down to 1600. And keep on doing it untill you stay the same. -Does your body start to lose weight at a slower pace after you lost a certain amount of weight? I lost 44 pounds in about 6 months, and yes it was hard ha ha. But now, it's even harder. It`s taking me like weeks to lose 2 pounds. I dont get it. Can u guys give me some kind of advice. thank u.

OMG, OMG OMG OMG, and OMG 10 million more times! hehe, i was getting ready for bed yesterday and happened to look at myself in the mirror, and i can see my collar bones again! Not prominately yet, but i can see them!! YAY. one of the reasons i realized i had gained weight (you know, you never see it on yourself) was that i couldnt see my collar bones anymore. And now they are re-appearing!! YAY Omg, its SUCH good motivation!

Hi I am new.... Welllet me start off my story Before I began school I was so excited because I weighed 215 after weighing 230 for a while. I was doing great on my low carb diet but all of a sudden because i did not go anywhere for summer I gained back weight without even eating junk. I went from 215 to 250 (that is my current weight which is very depressing.) Now i am even more depressed because in three months I have to go to Dominican Republic (which I hoped to look good for because it is like a beach paradise)I want to know what you think is a good weight for me ( I am 5'8 so my weight does not show alot I am also a 16 in pants)to lose before the end of june and what pant size I will be able to reach (I have a very thick bone frame). Please help me
