First is www.dietbites.com, it is CHOCK FULL of information no matter what amount of weight you wanna lose. It is a bit complicated to navigate, but if you search around you will find what you need. Also there is http://www.exrx.net/Exercise.html and it shows you every kind of exercise for EVERY muscle on your body!

Happy Easter!! I just wanted to leave a quick note before I went off to church and family brunch. Okay well I decited to forget about my diet for the day. I mean honestly, its Easter and its going to be hard with the chocolate icecream and cake and all those other great things. So, eat what you want but dont go crazy! Eat that peice of cake, or have seconds on a big bowl of pasta. Just forgive yourself tonight and work extra hard tomorrow. Have a great day everyone, and even if you dont celebrate easter, its a great day outside so enjoy that! :-)

what is a really easy way to lose weight in a fast time because i am not very committed.... i used to not eat lunch at school and tell me friends i wasn't hungry but it was to try to lose weight... would it help if i kept doing that????

ok, so for the last few days iive been drinking as much water as i can hold. Its a pain in the butt, cuz i have to go to the bathroom all the time, and i dont know if it will make any difference, but i guess ill see. Besides that, ive eaten smaller portions, but other than that, i really havent been good about cutting out unhealthy stuff. I still eat healthy meals, but its the inbetween that gets me! I never do junk food, the gease on it just grosses me out... my one vice it chocolate, in any form! it kills me, ice cream, crepe, whatever. I dunno what to do. Ok, and i have a question about running, or jogging actually. I really have never done it, like, i don tlike doing it. But i decided it was one of the best things i can do, especially now cuz the weather is so nice. I went twice with my friends running group and did 7k each time, and was dead at the end. I was thinking of doign it on my own, everday, for maybe half an hour? It took me 1 hour to do 7k, so i think thats enough to start. Id love your input!

I just want to say something. Remember there is no amount of exercise that you can do, to get yourself to eat whatever you want and how much. So you got to eat healthy, a calorie is a calorie, and it is meant to be for energy. Even if your exercising hard core two hours a day, you cant overeat. You can eat a little more then if you arent exercising. But you still have to watch your calories. I used to think that way. Oh I ran today, I can eat more, then I would end up gaining weight. The combination of diet and exercise is best. But diet is the most important role in losing weight. I just wanted to share that with you, I hope I helped.

Hey** After loosing a considerable amount of weight I am now finally ready for a bikini. Its now spring break and time for bathing suit shopping... I cant or rather I dont want a bikini because of my nasty stretchmarks on my side. Is there n e one out there who knows of any way to get rid of them or reduce the visibility... Thanx

is it ok if every few weeks you have a day where you up your calorie intake?? i heard this could be good for your matabolism.. get it going again. like if you usually eat 1200 calories a day...... maybe like once every few weeks, would it be beneficial to eat 2200 calories? thanks!!

Is it ok to drink Crystal light. It only has 10 calories for one bottle, but is it bad for you, or will make you not lose weight. I mean the calories are low, but I just wonder, cause it fills you up fast.
