hey all just wanted to say that sometimes i sound kinda negative, and i dont mean it. but sometimes i read posts that are just ridiculous! like a girl asks if she did good when she ate junk all day and peolpe are like "o, yea, u did great" its silly, that isnt gonna halp people lose weight! so sometimes im a lil negative, but im just tryin to help

yes, i remember a few messages ago i said if i messed up, i'd die. well, i messed up. its not ENTIRELY my fault, i woke up this morning and i was fainting and throwing up all over the place, and so i didnt eat most of the day. then, now from like 4-7 o clock, i've eaten way overboard. like, for breakfast i had a granola bar, which i later threw up, (i had run for 30 minutes before i got sick) and then i had five matzoh balls for lunchish snackish (this was around 4) and then i ate a baggie of 100 cal cookies and i was still hungry an hour later after doing 100 crunches so i had a skinny cow and now i just had dinner (wheat pasta and chicken) and my superskinny sister came home today with peeps! which i never get to eat because i dont celebrate easter, so i had four of them, and i just feel so screwed up because i went 500 calories overboard. how can i be sure i won't screw up like this tomorrow?

HI GUYS IM NEW TO THIS WEBSITE BUT IT SEEMS VERY HELPFUL!! MY MOM JUST BOUGHT ME THI EXERCISE BALL AND I HAVE NO CLUE HOW TO USE IT. IF ANYONE KNOWS HOW TO USE IT OR ANYTHING THAT WOULD BE GREATLY APPRICIATED!!! PLUS I GET SO FOCUSED ON MY DIET FOR LIKE 3 DAYS AN THEN I CHEAT OR GO OFF. Hey guys ok this is what I had today:At 5:30 am I had Breakfast: 1 cup of cereal with skim milk. At 10:40 Lunch: 2 pieces of wheat bread, 1/2 apple Then I went to an orthodontist appointment, and got home at like 4:00, so then I had Dinner: 1/2 apple, sorbet bar, blueberry yogurt, 1/2 cup of cottage cheese, lean cusine pizza. It all added up to 1200 calories. But is that bad to eat most of your calories at dinner. I end up like having 700 calories just at dinner. Is that bad to do, even though for the day it was 1200?

hi, this is my 1st time writing in here...and well i have read some of the storys here and thought might as well share my problem. umm well i am about 10lbs over weight, and i gained those in less then 2 months. I am currently trying to lose those once more. i cut-off junk food, but i can't stick 2 my promise, because im constantly craving it. I don't know how 2 avoid them, and also when ever im sad or confused i tend 2 eat. for example when i pass the mirror and see my excess fat and then i see the gurls around me and how skiny they are, i wish to be like them and start eating..and i, once again don't know how i cna stop that. i try excersizing but after a day or two i stop..i hate running and prefer speniding hours sitting on my comp chair....can anyone give me adivse or help me?

yesterday i ate 2500 calories and ran about 3 miles and lost 1 pound ( i know i shouldn't weigh myself everyday but it's a habit and i'm trying to break it.)

im not overweight at all, but i thnk i may hav become obsessed wiv counting calories-at the end of the day, i calcuate precisely how many calories iv consumed that day, nd i now know the calorie content of loads of foods. i wurried cos i had a panic attack 2day cos of the calories id consumed- i cudnt breath nd insane methods of getting rid of the cals wer goin thru my mind. i normally dont hav more than 1000 or so cals a day, nd the thought of having more terrifys me. i thnk maybe its getting out of control- is it?

Hi, i bought some danceing videos and it helps me loose weight, and it gives me fell better and it makes me more flexible. So you peps should try it. It's really fun. Good luck!

Hey! I know this has nothing to do with weight but i was wondering if you guys could help me, if not that's totally cool. So for awhile I've had two goals in live, to get rid of my acne and to loose weight in order. Here's the thing I can't loose weight until I get rid of my acne because that's the way I want to do it, and I decided that awhile ago and I really don't want to break that. Okay, so the point is has anyone here ever had acne? Because it's hell for me!! I've had it sence last year the summer before sixth grade. When I look at myself in the mirror i disgust myself, and sometimes like just last night I cry cause it won't go away. I've tried EVERYTHING literly...clinique,cetifil,murad,proactive,acne free,a bunch of nutrigena stuff, this one pill from the dermotologist. If someone knows anything that can help me please please post!! I'm really sad and I hate going places. Thanks and God Bless..LB

I knew I ate bad yesterday, but it wasn't until today that I realized just how bad. I had to have eaten at least 4,500 calories. You may be wondering how anyone could eat that many calories in a day, but it's really easy. Breakfast: an apple(125cals), bisquits & gravy(500+), potatoes(200+) and a pepsi(250) Lunch: Some Chinese takeout(I've heard that a resturant meal has at least 1,000cals in them) and a pepsi(250) Dinner: Very very bad. French toast(450) with syrup(500+), ham & onion(400+), an egg(80), a bowl of cereal(500) Added up, that's 4,255+ calories, so almost 4,500. I don't usually eat quite as bad as this, at least I think I don't. On average, maybe 3,000, so still bad. The only thing is, I don't gain weight from any of that, the bad part, I don't lose either. I've tried cutting down to 1,200 calories a day, but it just doesn't seem to work because I always give in. I know what kind of foods I should be eating, just not a combination of what I should eat in a day. I'm so sorry this is so long, but if anyone can give me some tips, I'd be really grateful. Help I feel so fat. I have an extra like 30 pounds on my stomache and it usualy stickso ut from under my shirt and most of my pants don't fit. I feel really depressed and eat a lto of food. Easter didn't help I ate a heck of a lot of chocolate and am even now gettign fatter and even my old pants that used to fit aren't fitting. I need help.

alrite, no ones replying to my long message, so let me shorten it. I ate terribly unhealthy today, but i was also barfing and fainting all day. i also exercised a lot. how can i prevent this from happening tomorrow (bad eating)?
