hey guys, some of u said u have big thighs, well do wall sits, my legs kill when i do 3 for 90 sec so do like 3 for 40 sec, or start at like 20 and work ur way up, ur legs will slim down, my have!!!

hiya, im really down at the moment. ive been ill for a week and last nite i really ate too much. today ive felt realy guilty and because i havent been able 2 get out and exercise for a week im afraid of how much weight ive put on. i had just reached the healthy weight range of 141lbs but i think i will have put about 5lbs on. im so depressed. any words of wisdom that will cheer me up?! is there any diet that i could do for a week thats going to mean i loose the weight again because im going on holiday in a week and i want to look my best! thanks...xxx

im hungrey, but im going out to dinner tonight, so im not gonna eat for like 7 hours, cause we are going go out at 10... im going with some guys, cept i might eat something around 4ish and then just get like a small salad or something...what do u think

Calling Kim13 -- IP adrress24.235--- Please let us all in on the St. Michaels Diet!!! I am insanely curious!! You say that your mom has done it a few times, and everytime lost like 10lbs, and kept them off. So does this mean that i can do it a few times a loose like 30lbs and KEEP THEM OFF??!! Is there like a site we all can go to to check this out? I tried "google-ing" it but nothing came up!! Please tell!

HI, i have been losing about a pound or a little less a day, im scared that i might have a disorder, i eat 3 meals a day and i dont throw it up or anything... the thing is i eat small meals and end up only eating 800 cal a day. but the past week ive only eating like 500 a day i know its bad, but im just so scared if i eat 1200 im going to gain weight, and i dont know what to do. ive been losing weight and it doesnt look like i have, it actually looks like ive gained weight, im so confused and dont know whats happining to me!

Ok, this may be really sad or whatever, but at least right now i am admitting my completely and total lack of motivation. I cant ever seem to convince myself that its worth getting my butt outta bed in the morning. Yeah, like the extra 10 minutes in bed is really gonna help... ANYWAY.. since i have no backbone when it comes to this kinda stuff, i need a freakin holiday to help. Well i guess im real lucky then. For those of you who dont know, next wednesday starts Lent, a christan holiday (im not religious, its more like a tradition in my family) where you give up one thing, and dont do/eat/whatever IT until Easter, which is like 40 some days later. SO, i will not be eating meat, or chocolate or anything like that. HOPEFULLY that long a time will help to pruge my system of its incredible sweet-tooth. Along with that i will be exercising. Hey! My name's Calynn and I'm 15 years old (as you can see). I'm 5'5 and 138 lbs, I just started Atkins today. And yeah, I feel pretty good about it! It's great. I usually feel bad about eating pretty much anything. Before today I would starve myself for the whole day and then when it came to around after dinner I would eat and eat and eat. Uh, yeah, definatly not good! But now, I think that's over... it is over. The only thing is, I think it would be nice if I could have a buddy, is there anyone out there that is interested? Geeeze i havent written on here in a long time!!! Well today i didnt have breakfast b/c my braces are killing me then for lunch i had a salad and ice cream b/c i couldnt really chew then i had an energy bar and veggies after school> how did i do, o yeah and this is the first time in a long long time that i have had ice cream so dont flip on me. and i burned 500 claories at the gym today on the tredmill. kk. how did i do?
