urgh i think i did soo bad today, this is what i had for B: i had 2 egg whites on light wheat toast and an apple, then for snack i had like 10 peach rings then i had a soccer tournament but really didnt sweat to much, then went to pizza hut and had 3 bread sticks with sauce, and 2 helpings of salad, croutans, cottage cheese, and pears..did i do bad?

oooo i have another tip at christmas when i got liek loads of chocolate i put it all n a box and put it high up on a shelf in the wardrobe and i would have maybe a little a day but it helps :)

HI! I'm Ashlee and Im 15, i am about 5'9 and i way 205, I posted here about a year ago, but havent since then, I went through some bad stuff over the summer and i turned to food for comfort, has anyone else done that, well i gained 35 pounds, I am overweight, and i am sick of feeling sick from my weight, i get headaches, my back hurts, and i just ache, my doctor says the only way to stop it is to lose weight, I do have Winsor Pilates, Walk Away the Pounds, a treadmill, and a Tae Bo tape, if i do these, do you think i will lose weight, PLUS is there a way to lose like 5 pounds real fast, just as a Jumpstart,or determintation booster, Thanx, and sorry its so long

Heres a great tip drink a cup of water befor every meal and then eat youll be half way full so you wont overeat youll be to full to over eat trust me it works

ok i think i have a tip...... reply if it works!ur metobilism changes with what u eat so if u dramatically change ur calorie intake it wil not change e.g if you nornmally hav 2000 calories a day u burn say 200 a day and the next day you have 1000 calories u will burn 50 caloriesur metabolism dusnt no wat ur gna eat the next day so ity uses the past few days to gues watur gna eat. so if u wana reduce ur calorie intake only change it slightly every 2 days

Okay, so im about 156 pounds...im 14 and 5'6....i wear size 9-11 in jeans. I would really LOVE to be able to loose weight for summer and be able to wear a cute bikini..but the problem is i cant loose weight no matter how hard i try! Nothing seems to work and i can never stay on a diet plan!This Sucks and I just dont know what to do..i want to be 115-120 pounds...is that too much to loose....will my body look funny once i loose weight?
