ok, this is something that has been bothering me--- once i get down to my goal weight, will i be able to fit into a size 6? right now i float between 14 and 10. Im pretty tall, 5'9" and i dont have that flimsy little figure like a model.. obviously, cuz im overweight. BUT how do i tell? hmm.. im being vague. What is mean is--is there a way to tell if you are big boned? Like, really big ppl have wittled down to size 1-- while others are just "big boned" and wont get there. Am i making any sense? Hey guys i am eating a homemade burger right now with no bun or fixins just cheese and meet then im also eating sun chips not many but i am eating some. I am also drinkin tea and not cola like my family. I dont know what to do i havent exercied in 3 days should i exercise for 2 hours tonight to make up for the loss???

ok there is a diet called the St.Michaels diet. You do it for 3 days and loose 10 lbs, but its nothing with medical stuff! its normal food like hot dogs (i get to eat 2 hotdogs today for the diet!)and i know this diet works because my mom has done it and she lost anywhere from 8-11 lbs everytime she does it! so far im on my second day today and i already lost 4.5 lbs!! it works on chemical breakdown so its not dangerous either.i mean of course its not dangerous a hospital called St.Michaels in toronto canada mad it.my last day is friday for this so i cant wait to see that!, if u want to know about this diet just reply to me!

Hey again everyone! I kinda feel a lil better now I've got my mind off the whole cooper thing at least for now. I feel so proud of myself tho I was all like depressed or w/e but during lunch i actually turned down chocolate but omg it was so hard um lets see so far today I had yogurt for breakfast (100) and ritz bitz (220) but yea now i'm sitting at practice and I'm bored but lets see I know I'll be able to get on tonight cuz the parentals have o go to some meeting. I have no idea. But yea my mom is making me like my favortie thing of all time tonight! It's called tater tot casseroll its like cheese and green beans and hamburger and tator tots it sounds so gross but omg it is so good so yea i'm basically eating like the whole thing and I don't care! i know its not soo healthy, but as long asi'm getting the require amount from the food groups daily, is it okay if i'm eatting the same things? for some reason it makes me feel like my weight will go up if i eat different foods.. its silly i know. otherwise the opposite, if i eat the same thing will it make me gain? 1200 cals per day and like 10 -15 g of fat

i've been doing well with exersizing this week. tuesday i did 30min taebo, wednesday i did 30min. free weights and 60 min. accelerated pilates and just now i did 60min taebo advanced. i'm not suer what i'll do tomorrow- i might have to skip it because i won't be home in the morning but i'll try to do it after school. i told my friend i'd try to run with her but i have to work really soon after school ends and i don't think i'll have time. i'll try to eat really well today. for breakfast i had a banana but i'm also going to eat a really big orange too, and then have some dry cereal for a snack before lunch. i'm not sure what i'll have for lunch but i'm thinking i'll make a sandwich that's about 195 calories(low carb bread 60 cal per slice, light miracle whip 25 caloreis and two slices of turkey 50 caloreis)and i won't eat potato pufffs like i've been eating!!!tonight i'm having a cobb... I know this has been posted a 1000 times...sorry!! How many caleries make a pound?? And I went to that tone teen website and you can find out how many caleries you burn a day if you do absolutely nothing....so if u eat exactly that then u will neither gain or loose weight??? And if you eat less you loose weight?? Is this rite?? If someone knows how that works could you please explain it to me?

okay so lately i've been eating 400 cals for breakfast, and 200 towards lunch, and then the rest of the 600 when i get home from school. thats 1200 but by 4:00 then i'm done with my cals for the day, thats whne i excersize and at night maybe i'll have a cup of hot chocolate or just water.. is eating like this okay as long as i can do it and i'm eating the right foods? its hard for me to spread it out and i think im losing more weigh tlike this, so i dont overeat at night

Hey ya'll well I stayed constant at 168 when I woke up this morning which is good I'd rather have that then gain ya know? But yea today might be lil difficult on me. U know that guy that i told ya bout well me and him majorly got into it last night cuz he said sumthin and yea we kinda got into it. I'm so mad and I have a right to be if u knew the convo. Lets just say we've known each other for like a year and he basically said that he's extremly attracted to me but he doesn't know my enough about me and my personality and all this other stuff =.
