i weigh myself everyday but get mad cause im either the same or only lost like .1 or .2 pounds so instead of once a week which i wanna do im gonna do everyother day and then ill work my way up to once a week cause ill be more happier about my weight. do u think that will work?

this is my exercises for the day so far : a lot of abs, sped walk a mile, i worked my arms, lovehandles, and legs what i ate - sandwhich, 2 slices of toast with butter, 100 calorie pack of wheat thins, and water to drink all day should i eat more today? stop eating for today? exercise more? or what?

well last night i was telling my friend how i have lost weight but my stomach is looking fatter, she thinks that i am losing muscle not fat. I mean i exercise almost everyday and eat close to 1200 cal..how do i stop taht?

well lately i havnt been eating 1200 calories because i am scared i am going to eat to much but today i finally reliezed that iam not eating enough because i am really light headed, so i am going to make sure i eat about 1300 calories a day but i need to up my Breakfast and lunch, but dont know how or waht to eat, ne suggestions? and is it okay for me to eat Fat Free icecream tonight after dinner so i can make sure i am eating about 1200 cal. This is what i had today, B: a bananna on 2 pieces of light wheat toast (70 cal), lunch a small salad, 1/2 piece of ham, sugar free jello, a special K bar (90) and an apple, then i got home and had a 90 cal yougart with 1/2 cup or kashi cearal (60) and then for dinner i am having boneless pork chops, a bake potato with butter, and i think green beans, is that enough or is it okay to have some icecream?! please respond before i eat dinner lol, oh and i ran a mile today and wokred on abs legs and arms.

Hola ya'll. You know those day's where u just feel so gross. yea well today was definetly one of those days for me but i just did a double leg and ab workout so i feel ALOT better. ASHLEY! 15~Omgosh thats awesome what part of NE are u from? I live in council bluffs, IA which is right on the state line so yea. i am so angry i could dry. i really tried this week and what do i get out of it? 3 fing pounds heavier! and i know it's not muscle because my body fat% is the same!!!then again that means it's not fat but it's still frustrating even if it's water weight...

Hey guys it is realy hard on me when my family is not on a diet but i am. We have this realy good looking cherry pie in our kitchen and i want to eat it. I am sooo tempted to eat it too. I almost gave in a min ago and ate a pice put i didnt. I have lemited myself to eating one pice of chocolate a day. they are small pices too. But that will tie me over till the end of the day. i need help realy bad i have started to log what i eat every day. and i am writing down how long i exersice and what i do.

how did I do, I ate part of my 2 pieces of toast for breakfast and a sip of orange juice, lunch=an apple and a few baby carrots then I had a coffee with creamer and for dinner clam chowder and milk. I also exercised for an hour

I think I did alright today. Breakfast A low fat kellog pop tart and a glass of milk. Lunch a tysons spicy chicken sandwhich and like 5 french frys, because they didnt have any salad sitting out. Dinner I had a small bowl of spagetti (with the ground turkey and tomatos and stuff) with water. And I just snacked on another pop tart and after this im going to have an apple. No exercise today Im overloaded with homework. How did i do?
