Hey my name is bridget and right know i weigh 165 and my goal is to weigh atleast 150 buy june! if anyone has any ideas that could help me it would be greatly appreciated! Becasue i am tyered of being FAT and clothes not fitting i wanna be thin but i need some ideas on how to shed the pounds because i am now OBESE

oh my gosh. i did TERRIBLE this weekend. it's not even funny! like friday i ate like 2 bags of candy, last night i had like a bunch of cake, then me n my friends ate like a whole thing of ice cream. then today breakfast-cereal, snack-tostito chips, dinner-fazolli's (2 1/2 breadsticks, peppery chicken alfredo, freezi) THEN i had a 100 cal ack and milk. it adds up to like 2055 for the day. i jump roped for 30 min. gosh..

HI everyone! not 2 bother u all, but please tell me how i did- Breakfast; Two egg Omlette (a little ham, chili peppers inside etc) with some milk (skim)-Lunch; Chicken sandwhich and an Orange with water Dinner: Chicken w/ potatoe and Veggies...---I put in a little of everything....fruit, dairy, meat, wheat, vegetables...and for excersise, 1 hr of dancing and 30min on the treadmil....a little aerobics 2...So how did i do? good luck with all your goals though!

well today i did really bad, For B: i had 2 egg whites on 2 poieces of light wheat bread (70), for Lunch i had wendys which I got the fruit bowl, but for dinner i had 2 small tacos and then a bunch of meat and lettuce and then i had 6 cream puffs (305 cal) and didnt even exercise!! urgh but tomorrow i get to exersice again

Hey, I am so pround of my-self I just got done exercising and I did 2 miles on our bike did 40 crunches and did 200 jump rope It was easy! Did I do ok?

Hey i have a question!! actually two, that i would really appreciate being answered.First of all, im doing the CosmoGirl Abs thingy for two weeks...I've done 1 week + a day already....but there were two days were i didnt do it at all.....one of the days was a 'break' day for me as i was busy allll day, and the other day i just did cardio and was exhausted....will that make a difference? Because in a mater of 14 days, 1/7th is alot right?? And lastly, My routine is 20 minutes of cardio every day (kickboxing so its pretty high-leveled), then 10 minute (CG) abs, and 15 pushups, and 15 tricep pushups.Is this enough?? Please let me know.

Im not feeling good right now, today I had a low fat pop tart 130 cals, lunch I had a ham sandwhich, lettuce, tomato, mayo mustard, and water, a 100 cal pack and two apples. Im feeling light headed and my stomach feels funny, Replys would be greatly appreciated!

HEy guys I didnt loose any weight this week or gain any so i am happy I am goin to start working extra hard and even ask my friend after basketball season is over if she wants to go to the weight room after school and stuff. She wants to try out for basketball next year so we are goin to help each other make varsity sicne I have been playin since freshmen year and we are goin to be juniors next year. That way we can both make varsity and letter in it. I am really goin to try hard and maybe play softball this year but I dont no. Well ttyl and good luck everyone

Man i dont know what to eat, because like i want to eat healthy around 1200 calories, but like for B i have egg whites on 2 pieces of light wheat bread and then lunch i have salad a yougart and an apple but it never seems like i have enough calories plus dinner..any suggestions on what to eat?

Hi guys! U guys are probably getting sick of me, but I just wanted to ask if going sledding burns a lot of cals. Today I went sledding for 1 1/2 hrs with my friends and the hill was big. Climbing up it was A WORKOUT!! By the time I got back to the top I was exausted!! BUT IT WAS SOOOO FUN!!! My friends and I went about 20 times up and down the hill. thankz! ~jenna~

Hey guys! So far i have been on my diet for 1 and a half weeks and I have lost 5pounds! All I have been doing is eating better and excerising. Its winter so I cant do to much excerising but I go sown stairs to work out (wish we had a tredmill) I am 5'4" and I weigh 139(now)I want to be 110-115lbs Hope I can reach my goal by summer!!
