I need some major help!! I would really like to loose as much weight as I can by the end of March because Im going to cancun and I would like to look good in a bikini! Ive been exercising a lot and going to my cheerleading practice and my parents are telling me Im loosing weight but the funny thing is that Ive only been eating junk. Hello, this is just an update! Today i had an exam so i didnt really have to time to think about...well, anything, lol. So for breakfast i had a chocolate slim muffin (what does that even mean, slim?hah), an apple, and some apple juice. For lunch i had corn soup(118 cal), and a muffin, and 2 glasses of water. For dinner im not sure what im having, but because of the muffins ( bad, i know), Ill make sure its super healthy and i wont eat to much of it. As for exercise, later in the day, aFter i get some studying done, im going to do my carribean kickboxing video (20. min)(cardio), then my 10 minute abs from a magazine, 15 pushups, and 15 tricep pushups. Let me know how i did and any suggestions.

hey yall, I need some help...I have always been a little overweight(now I am 5 foot 2 and weigh 165)and whenever I would want to go on a little diet, I always put it off until tomorrow and the next day and so on...well, I want to change it! I'm not a big fad on eating less, I can excersize more if I would not, but I don't want to only eat fruit for all of my meals, u know? so what can i do that is effective??? I want to get in shape for the Bahamas in June!... but whoever helps me...I luv u, lol <33 Lauren

well ive been on my diet for 3 weeks and 5 days and in the first 3 weeks lost 8lbs but yesterday i did really badly cuz i werent very well so i ate what is healthy that i normally eat but then i was hungry so i made a sandwich and then another one lol and i didnt exercise cuz i werent v well. well today im gonna make sure i do c ya

GOT ANY TIPS SOMEBODY?! Ok, today for breakfast i had special K and skim milk, then for lunch all i had was some tater tots(like 4)b/c i wasnt feeling too great and after school i worked out for like an hour and a half and i had some hot tea. For dinner im gonna have a salad and just a lil bit of meat with skim milk// And pointers on how i should change my diet.?? o yeah and on daiiz that ii am feeliing good, i usually have SunChips and Special K b/c i am on the Special K diet...if anybody wants to know what the results are just post.. Wow today was not a good day!!!! I used all my calories on junk! i had 2 rice cakes 50 cals each then i had a 100 cal pack then i had 2 apples 1 orange 1 grape fruit a piece of bread (wheat) with light miracle whip and ham, then i had some rolled ham and a few bites of fish!! i feel so bad i didnt really eat any really good foods today i feel hungry and depressed, maybe i will do better tomorrow

hmm, im not really sure if i did okay or not! breakast-vanilla almond special k cereal, lunch-1 slice of cheese pizza (i wiped off the grease, if that helps at all!) then for a snack i had an apple and then for dinner i had chicken casserole, i had a big serving so it was probably like 500 cals. and i had some lettuce with vinegar dressing, which has like 15 cals. and then i was hungry for some reason! so i had a kudos bar (90 cals) i ran 3 and a half miles and i did some winsor pilates and i did 6 min. abs. did i do okay??

Man i feel soo guilty and mad at my self right now. i was doing so well until tonight. for B: i had oatmeal(130) and 5 grapes. then i had a bite of my moms cookie, then for lunch i had a salad, with a light and fir yougart and sugar free jello, but then at my friends party i had a piece of cookie, a piece of pizza and a huge piece of ice cream cake..urgh no wonder i think im fat..is that really bad? please respond

ahhh well today i had a coffee...granola bar...1 slice of a pickle...i chicken strip....2 boiled eggs...5 chips....and 1 bagel :( i know they are random things but oh well...i better work out tm
