is it better to exercise in the morning? because this morning i was going to get up and do taeboe, and ab workout but i was too tired and i had to study for my finale. is it okay to do it in the afternoon or after dinneR??

Hi everyone! How did I do? Third day. For bf, I had a bowl of Frosted flakes, which I couldn't finish. For lunch, I had a salad water, and there wasn't anything else so I got a (BAd) Klondike bar. Then for dinner I had two small chicken thighs. I'll exercise later. How did I do?

Hi everybody, I don't want to bother u but i have a question. I am going to tell u my plan for what i am going to eat today. Can u tell me if i am eating too much or not too much... thanx. ok...B-bowl of oatmeal, and banana w/orange juice. S-a few animal crackers. L-tuna noodle salad with water. S-bottle of water, maybe a few more animal crackers. D-Turkey, veggies, a little bit of stuffing and mash potatoes, and skim milk. How is that?

hey, today wasnt too great for me! kinda pissed but instead of doing 400 crunches im gonna do 800 so maybe it will help me lose more since i didnt eat very well today

hey you guys well i have offically started my workout...i have noticed that my mom and anut had like a lot of workout videos...so i dicided that i should use them...a different one everyday instead of 1 every few days...so i know which ones i have done..and they are all different the very high ones i use on stressful days like mondays and tuesdays so i can get the stress out...it really helps! i feel full of energy..and i do it right after i finish my homework...i eat the same just not chips and waht not...if you guys wanna e-mail me its MooMooCow6990@hotmail.com

Hey everyone hows it going. I think I did alright today Breakfast 2 slices of bacon and one scrambled egg with pam, no lunch since I had a fat heavy breakfast. Dinner One slice of leftover roast beef and carrots. Small glass of lemonade with that but water the rest of the day. Im looking into buying Nutri Grain bars and yougurt. Reply and tell me the things I can change and any sites about healthy eating would be a big help =)

hey i just got done doing 800 crunches, and i had basketball practice.. im going to a party tomorrow night so ill prolly eat something not heathyl... but im gonna try not too i also have volleyball and basketball practice tomorrow... and am prolly gonna do around 400 crunches tomorrow night instead of 800... does it really make ur stomach look biger cause people are telling me that and i dont know if i should stop doing them and do something else.

Hi! Second day! I think I did okay. And I ate a better lunch. For breakfast I had a bowl of Honey Nut Cheerios, for lunch I had a salad and water, and for supper I had roast beef with green beans and mashed potatoes (what my mom made) . I just drank a mug of hot tea, and I plan to do a little exercizing before I go to bed. How did I do?
