ok tomorrow i want to go to the olive garden i want to have the salad, and chicken con broccoili which is two chicken breasts breaded in cheese with pasta and broccoli in a white sauce do u think this would be ok i need answers tomorrow is not faw away!!!!

well i have been working on my abs and trying to lose weight for some time now, and the upper part of my stomach bulges out so much farther then my stomach it looks gross, does ne one now why or ne exercises to help that..oh and the rest of my stomach isnt skinny eaither

Ok well something that I'v tried that works is lifting weights, if you feel "weak" and like you "can't" lift another weight, then get a poster of a guy that you think is gorgeous with a great body preferably with his shirt off then look at the poster of your guy for motivation- this will work for any kind of excersizing not just weight lifting good luck!

well i was feeling good about my self because this whole week i didnt exercise but i still lost about 1-2 lbs but tonight came around and i did so horrible. for B; i had a apple with yougart for Lunch i had a salad with a yougart for dinner i had chicken with salad BUT then about 9 at night i was at my friends party and had like a whole huge bag or chips, a cookie, FROSTING, and a huge piece of cake with more frosting..urgh im so sad and didnt even workout!

hey guys i need some motivation!!!! ive been trying this dieting thing for a few weeks..but havent weighed myself. I always plan on doing it in the morning, but then i wake up late and so on. you all know how that goes. ok well i am 15 years old..5'9..225lbs(last time i checked). Every day i try and not eat junk..drink lots of water..eat fruits..and work out. I am in basketball so we get lots of workout there. Now in gym class we are starting a weight lifting unit so i am excited because i can never lift weights or anything..But last night i did do 150 crunches..its not alot but im gonna work my way up there. I also did some pushups. I think i have muscle underneath my fat..so I probably look skinnier than 225..idk..i just need some motivation and does anyone know how much fiber and protein and so on you need in a day? also i never seem to eat enough veggies? how do u get that in? sorry i am kind of rambling but please reply!!!! thanks

Hey all hope yall did good today I think I did. Breakfast A Breakfast sandwhich, sausage egg between toast with sunny d, lunch I had two rows of graham crackers and water, dinner I two pieces of fried catfish with a very small portion of spagetti with water, and my exercise today was 45 min of dancing to some upbeat music. I really think I burned some cal's today I worked up a BIG sweat, if anyone knows what I did bad that I could change reply please, or anything I could add to the diet.

Hey everyone, hope everyone is doing good today, I was wondering about those green tea pills and where to get them and how effective they are. Oh and I would like to recommend Honey Maid Graham Crackers (THE LOW FAT ONES) its about 120 cals per two rows and 2-3grms of fat. If anyone knows about the green tea pills and if you have tried them reply to me :)

hey, im not really sure if i did good or not! breakfast-protein shake-115 cals, lunch-slice of pepporoni pizza (not good i know, but i wiped the grease off, which i dono if it does ANYTHING, but yeah) and then after school i jump roped for 3 sets of 20 mins. Then i had a clemintine and like half a 100 cal pack! i haven't had dinner yet, but im gonna try to have like fish or chicken or soup or something healthy, so did i do good? im gonna do crunches and lift some weights.

Hey guys umm so far I have been on my diet for only 2 days but am I eating right? I am 5feet 4in I weigh 139 (it may not seem like a lot but its all on my stomach) but for Breakfast- I had eggs,1piece of weat toast,an orange,and water? For lunch- I had salad with turkey,grapes,water? and Dinner- I had chicken,green beans,and water? is that ok? Thanks guys
