hey guys! i just got done working out and feel great. I did it for about an hour and a half..like treadmill, abs, this other machine that we have and some pilates things. I also ever had a basketball game so im even more proud of myself for exercising more! today i didnt eat very well because i was at my brothers wrestling meet all day after my basketball game, from like 11 am-5pm. For breakfast i had a bowl of Fruity Pebbles cereal with fat free skim milk. then i just had a granola bar, a little chocolate thing and a gatorade. Then about 5 i went to Subway and had a 6inch turkey and ham sandwich..with lettuce tomato and mayonnaise(i know..bad). It was soo good!!!!! i was doing pretty good..but then i got home and pigged! i had some cookies..a few fruit snacks and a diet coke. o well..tomorrow ill start a new day and not pig out!! im 5'9..225lbs..15 years old. thanks for listening! bye

i have a question, when you reach your goal weight and dont really wanna lose weight any more but u dont want to gain any..how do u do that? do u eat the same or add more? i mean i havnt reached where i wanna be yet, but i was just curious

Hey sorry I havent been here in a while and there were what, like 2 ppl that asked me 4 advice? sorry I didnt reply. I left and didnt come back 4 a while. Ok so if anyone needs any advice about ANYTHING, just ask me and Ill do my best to help. Oh yeah, and Im still working on getting used to my diet. I went on a diet a couple months ago and lost 10 pounds but I slowly came off it without noticing it. BIG MISTAKE. I should have stuck to it and now Im trying 2 get back on it.

how much does driinking water really help you to lose weight? I've been losing really slowly but idont know if it will speed it up.? water is so boring to me, i drink a lot of diet pop.. but i honestly dont think it makes a difference though? I need caffeine lol thats bad but true and i dont like drinking just water gotta have a LITTLE taste in life lol right? but yeah i should'nt drink so much diet pop! either way i have like 1200 cals a day some ppl say that drinkign diet pop makes you hungrier bt thats not thecase for me so is it okay that i only ddrink my water in the momrning with my vitamin and likein my fat free hot chocolate and stuff?

people please help me out, i am 210, and i need to lose at least 80-100 pounds by like june, because thats when my Quniceanera is, for those of u who don't know what that is, it is like a sweet 16, only its when latinas are 15 and it is a really important day for us, we start planning for this big event from the time that we are like 10 years old. and on june i am going out to pick my dress and my quinceanera is on august, please help me, all of u who have lost w8 please help me give me any tips please and thanks too all that do reply to me.

ive lost about 20lbs, but on monday we are going to be swimming and i dont wanna causei dont like my body... im glad i lost 20lbs though, it doesnt look like ive lost anythough

well week 4 of my diet i now weigh 13st 6lbs at 5'7 (188lbs) not really bin doing anythin part from exercising cutting out chocolate eating fruit n veg drinking water so far i have lost 10lbs! yay lol now only 43lbs to go yay lol

hi everyone im really pissed off because i have been working out and doing eveything like i should and i lost 4 pounds over the last 3 weeks and im mad my pants a biugger and like alot of my clothes dont fit very well like they asre too big but i have only lost 4 effing pounds i dont know what to do please help or tell me whatd wrong
