How bad is gravy for you? Like the canned chicken or turkey gravy. It's about 30cals per serving...Just wondering if that would be okay to have with foods while I'm on a diet, or should I stay away from it?

::sobs:: i decided to weigh myself this morning because i thought i was losing weight and i wanted to know how much. when i got on it i found out i weigh 170 pounds, meaning i gained 10 pounds. I am so upset cuz i thought i was doing great! so i figure what happened was:1. my 1 hour 40 minute p.e. classes where we stretch, run, and play football, my 1/3 mile walk from the bus stop to my house, and my 2 mile walks payed off and made me gain 10 pounds of muscle OR 2. I am a fatso and need to do a better job of dieting.

ok nvm i didnt go up thank god it was on the wrong thing but anyways im going back on fruit and veggie diet and im going to exersise more it was hard risisting to a candy bar people were teasing me with but i didnt take it.im going to try to get 3 hours of exersise everyday like running playing basketball riding bikes stuff like that crucnches anything that will help anybody have any tips?

Im seeing alot of these compete to lose weight ideas. i'd love to try it. ok for my exersise today i was running and played volleyball in p.e and while i watch wrestling i will do at least two hours on my gazelle and plan to do 2 hours everyday or gor for a walk or jog every night.

today was day two of my WW diet attempt lol...i gave in and had breaded chicken with fries at lunch...and for breakfast i had an apple and carrots and i drank one slice and water...i guess thats OKAY but i went like 5 points over...hopefully ill do better tomorrow!!
